Poor quality clothing! These people are rip offs steer clear! Clothing came, seems do not line up or match as shown on the website. You are better off just wearing a trash bag rather than their clothing. Although if you want to look frumpy go ahead and order from them, it's your choice, your body, and your almighty dollar that takes the ultimate sacrifice.

I contact Modlily customer service by Life chat. It was the worst experience. Instead of solving my problem, the agent kept sending me to different pages to read the policy, etc. Not even an attempt to understand the problem or solve it. I spent too much time on this chat explaining everything 3 times and no resolution. I wish it was a phone number to talk to someone. This makes me not buy from this company again. My issue is still not resolved.

I have purchased many tops over several years, and I have always been pleased with everything. The prices and sales are great! I have always been complimented when I am wearing their clothes. I have worn their holiday tops for three years, and they still look new.
My wife bought a swim suit and when she got it it didn't fit. It says no problem to return, it's easy. I read return policy that said you had to apply for a credit and they would send a return slip to be attached to the package I was returning. It said that I would be receiving this in the next 24 hours. Well it's been at least 1 1/2 months and three tickets and multiple emails that tell me to send it back and then they will send the label for the package. They have always asked for the order number that doesn't exist. They can't find any order or account related to that swimsuit? I have sent proof of paying for it but now they haven't returned an answer. I think the good reviews are fraudulent and they are so dishonest. My wife was looking forward to using them again and now they have lost a customer. Oh but I don't think they care. Dishonest, Liars, Fraud, rip off artists, and all round idiots. I would like to write my true feelings but you wouldn't permit the use of extremely foul language.
Item was sent with return address of Jane.com and no return instructions. I called Jane.com and they said a company from China was using their return address but wasn't them. It was from modlily. Item doesn't fit and not good quality. Getting the runaround from modlily trying to return/get refund

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
