My first order arrived in 2 weeks - relatively slow, I thought. My second order still hasn't arrived after 4 weeks. I checked the order to be sure I had submitted it correctly. I had, but it had not yet been acknowledged. I clicked the "Where is my order" button and, after several days, it is still listed as being processed. I will be grateful to receive the items someday. Fit great size is right. If order more than one swimsuit they come at different times wish when you order they would come all together.
I selected the bathers, then returned for exchange. I paid for return and they were received. I had selected the bathers for exchange. I found form a bit hard to follow, but it clearly showed bathers I wanted to exchange for. Time elapsed, then was advised bathers selected apparently did not exist. I told them my husband and myself keep seeing them advertised. Eventually had to supply photo. Love modlily tops which I have purchased. The bathers have arrived and very happy with them. I am 82yrs and will be very careful not to have exchange experience again. Thank you
Everything looked great until I started trying them on. One was cut to low for my taste. I can sew in a little lace and it will be fine. Two didn't fit just right but I may have to lose a little weight. One was perfect if you like very long sleeves. I can cuff them.
Had to have help getting refund which was just sent back today so I will see. I love the clothes but if I have trouble sending items back that will be a huge issue!

Their only responses is we will expedite your purchase and the only way to get a refund is by returning it after you receive it. Originally it was posted to get here by Christmas.it's March. Do not order.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
