Purchased bikinis and double checked the measurements according to modlilys wonderful sizing guide purchased the 2 XL as by the measurements the togs would actuall be to big, received my parcel and honesty would be lucky to fit a small 10 yr old.Not happy Jan, please buyer beware very.
I love it! Just as the picture. Good fabric and its not short! It covers what it should and I gotten the size just as usual and fits me well. Still the difference isnt too bad and I love how it looks!
I was DEFINATELY expecting the worst after reading the reviews and what some friends had told me from their experience ordering from rosegal and modlily. I loved the black crochet-like one piece they were advertising on Facebook so much though that I went for it and ordered it ($22 loss wasn't gonna be the end of the world if it was awful). First off after reading how long some orders took I was shocked when it came in ten days! From China, not too shabby! Secondly I already had been told the sizes run smalllllll, I'm petite (5,4") but very large in the chest (DDD34), so I said better safe than sorry and got an XL. It's fits nearly perfect, the chest area still is pretty small, some boob spillage, but nothing too much. It is nicely made and cut. Very comfortable. I would just recommend to buy a size or two up!
Modlily is just like Rosegal, SammyDress, etc... their website shows you pictures of beautiful clothing but what you get is garbage. I ordered a swimsuit... it took forever to arrive and what I got was falling apart and made out of a stiff polyester fabric - not swimsuit fabric. And the fit was horrendous! Then when I contacted the company they first insisted that if I didn't like the suit I could give it to someone else who would "appreciate it" - huh!?!? Then they wanted pictures: I lsent/uploaded pictures 3 times - but then the photos would magically disappear. I insisted on a refund - they were only going to give me $6.00 back. After over month of haggling with them, I finally remembered I'd used Paypal to puchase the suit and, after some more back-and-forth, Paypal got me a full refund.
I appreciate my question was answered pomptly and explanation was given courteously. I will endeavor to read the coupon details more clearly. Thank you for the discount given and I will certainly recommend you!
I purchased an item in Dec of 2016. I checked my paypal charges in March. Showing charges from Modliliy. I emailed Modliliy that i never received an item from them, They said it was delivered in March 26,2017. After 3 mos they delivered and it was left in my front door they said. After 3 mos. Who knows who could have gotten it. They won't refund my money for the very long delay and to think I never get the item. Do not order to this company, They are unreliable, don't care how long it takes for the delivery as long as they get your money. They told me they spend money for the shipping so they won't refund.

I had to return a bathing suit twice because neither size fit. They were accommodating and gave me a full refund.
Their customer service is horrible. I order 2 swimsuits, after 2 weeks I emailed them & they said they are still waiting for the suits to arrive to their warehouse. I asked them to immediately cancel the order. They ignored my request twice. About 10 days after my request to cancel they shipped it. I asked them to send me a return label since I clearly asked them twice to cancel the order, they wouldn't. Beware! Don't trust them!
It took a little longer than it should have to get my items and now I'm waiting again on my return and my exchange. Shouldn't have to wait this long especially since they didn't have to wait that long on their money from my account
At this point I have nothing positive to report. I am apalled at the obvious lack of communication with this company. I would like to know if and when my purchase was shipped. If it is still not shipped, i would like to know why.

I really like this dress. I ordered a size down and it was still just a tad bigger than I prefer. I wanted it for a party dress but I'll just keep it for a work dress since it hits at the knees. Super comfy. I was very surprised at how heavy the dress was. It's like a spandex material.

I cancelled 24 hrs and have to pay $3 handling fee. I'm ok with that but there is email trail of endless BS And now they say refunded to my store account... I have no store account and specifically asked for refund back to my original credit card... TOTAL BS co. I shop exclusively online and have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE... buyer beware for sure
Everything I ordered wasn't in stock. Requested a refund several times and was assured it was processed but never did receive it. Requested proof it was processed and never received it. DON'T order from this site.

I ordered a cyan swim top and a cyan swim skirt. They are not even close to being the same color.
Very disappointed to put it nicely. I want a full refund on the swim skirt no kidding no maneuvers flat our my money back for the swim skirt. As for the swim suit I like it and have worn it. I wanted a matching swim skirt.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
