I ordered two medium tops according to the measurement charts which were a little too large. I ordered a size small in another top and it fit perfect. I would size down from the measurement chart when ordering again.
I am totally surprised to see so many negative reviews here, as I've only had a truly great and satisfying experience with them. I didnt have any problems with the order at all. My items shipped within 2 weeks which was what I expected, and it was exactly as pictured. The quality was good too! After seeing all the reviews here, I felt I need to come here and write a positive review in order to balance out all the negativity here. Since I was really satisfied with them, I would totally buy from them again in the near future.

I ordered a dress for a important formal engagement with my husband. I ordered 4 weeks prior to and I have yet to receive the item. The site stated that I would get a tracking number between 1-3 business days since I ordered priority and it took 2 weeks for a tracking number. I will NEVER order from this site again!
Didn't realize I'd only purchased the top to my swimsuit - or if they forgot the bottoms. Description didn't say that. So now I've got to try to find a bottom that matches. Won't try to order from here again.

On a positive note: wide selection of swimsuits and sizes. I ordered two swimdresses. This was two months ago. Granted, the coronovirus complicates things, but no one reached out to me and tracking only shows it hasn't left. We are in the same state. I am hoping the quality is ok (prices are low so not expecting a lot), but I'm not encourage with the low reviews.

They make if nearly impossible to return items. I received two items and they looked like tents, not at all like the picture. I have spend a lot of time trying to return them and feel like I am turning around in circles. Basically they do not want to accept returns.
They had a variety of women clothing and accessories to choose from. I decided to go with jewelry, since I have pretty good taste in that area. They had some really nice stuff and it was hard to choose from. Eventually I selected what I wanted and the price was affordable

Three pieces I loved, two I am returning. One is too large and I do not like the material. The dress for a wedding this weekend is going back. In addition to being a wrinkly mess upon arrival, the material is so cheap I am afraid to even attempt to iron.
Placed an order on 4/12/20, and nothing. Got a bogus tracking number. I sent in a "Ticket" to inquire, so we'll see what happens, but I think I got screwed for $35. I'll try to get a refund from Paypal and see what happens if I don't here back from them.

Two days later delivery was received and I responded to the team thanking the for the quick rectification of the matter. With a team like this the good word of your company will spread. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
