Ordered clothes. Did not like. Returned clothes as dictated by their return policy. They refused return. In their communication, they said they evaluate returned based on "smell". They refused return based on "peculiar smell". Instead of a refund, they offered a credit. If the clothes had a "peculiar smell", why would they offer a credit? Our home is smoke and pet free. They have found a way to refuse refunds and force you to purchase again from them. This company is a total scam.
I ordered a dress for a banquet. I ordered for the first time and was afraid of what would come. Happily, the dress is beautiful! It's fit's very well, it fits to size and it looks good on me! I'm also happy with the fabric, it's very comfortable, I was afraid it would be that starchy nylon stuff but it's very soft and comfortable to wear.
Love how there is so much to choose from,especially there women's tops. I would love to see more plus size clothing.
Besides waiting several weeks for my clothing, the material was not the color I was expecting. It was also a bit transparent. I sent it back expecting a credit on the credit card minus the large cost of returning the items. I didn't plan to use this company again and was extremely unhappy to learn that the refund wasn't put back on my credit card but on company credit! Don't use this company!

Modlily Company is untrustworthy! I ordered $302.78 (11 items) February 11,2024 for a vacation for March 17th, 2024. When I placed my order all items were instock and scheduled to be delivered between Match 7 -14. I paid for expedited shipping to get items delivered 1-2 weeks as advertised. I received 5 of my 11 items by March 14th after contacting my USPS. The remain 6 items all swimsuits for vacation didn't arrive as of March 14th. Only way to contact company is by chat, email, or submit ticket. I tried to use chat but Thea engorged my question and said "my order was in progress" with longer wait times between chat. When I gave Thea low rating on customer service she replied in chat she "refused to help until I removed my low rating service"! I than submitted ticket to cancel my order since not receiving all items. They said I could cancel order and return items for refund less cost of shipping. USPS return shipping cost was $15.67 (calculated by number of items return not actual cost of shipping). 2 weeks after order was returned USPS my credit card was credited $98.37 not $307.16 less return shipping (15.67) = $291.49 is the correct amount I should have been refunded! I submitted another ticket including original receipt show price of each item charged. Request to for correct refund. Modlily responded with "saying customer is required to pay for return shipping label fee". Again ignoring my request for why they not giving me full refund, and giving less credit for each item purchased! Do not order from Modlily! I wear a size medium or 5-6. Small 11 items were order in Medium or 6. The 4 dress I received were large and 1 swimsuit was small! If you value your money do not order from Modlily.com
The products I purchased were true to size, very comfortable, and I have received compliments on them. Specifically, the bathing suit I purchased, turned out to be better than I had expected.

The clothing I bought fit very well and everything seems to be well made. I gave four stars because of the shipping. It seemed to take forever! So, if you want something in a few days, go elsewhere.
I have to guess at sizing in other sites but ModLily is a perfect fit.

I waited five weeks before receiving my items. Furthermore, I don't know if it is my mistake but I bought 4 items and the one that made me buy these four items was not received, I received one item twice and not the one I anticipated. The prices are similar to other sellers but the quality is not negligeable. I am tempted to order the item I wanted in the first place but the summer might be over before I receive it.
Quit putting all these spinning things on that don't work. I just bought 5 items tells me if I buy 3 get 1 free. Didn't take one off very disappointed

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
