I ordered xxl. The suit was too big. Exchanged it for a large, which is what I normally wear. It is perfect. The exchange process was VERY smooth. Amazing customer service. I was careful to follow all instructions and paid $7 for return shipping. The price of the suit plus the $7 is still way less than buying the suit in a retail store. The suit is VERY well made. Good thick material. It was a great, easy experience start to finish.
I absolutely love your site and am hooked as you can tell by my number of orders and always items in my shopping cart. My first order my tops are quite large but I have already disposed of the bags they come in and you can see I went down a size and they are perfect. If I were to send back the too large ones for a size down am I penalized or what can we work out? I believe there were 4 of them. Thank you ModLily
Item purchase on April 18 though it would arrive now, item still not receive and tracking number show item went from China to Shanghai and stay there from April 24 until now. No movement of the shipping. Will never ever buy from this website again. Extremely horrible experience. I will defiantly tell all my friends and family member to stay away from this website.
I ordered 2 bathing suits. One fir. One did not. I went through the return request with a promise that I would be notified with instructions. Please call me at *******506 so I can get this done. I have ordered from Modlily 4 times and every experience has been good. Shipping usually takes less that two weeks. Their clothes are of good quality and true to size. I highly recommend Modlily!
Products are top quality and beautiful! Every item o have ordered is made to perfection, and the colors are vibrant.
I ordered 3 tops and I hate them all. They are cheap and look nothing like the pictures. The tie dye sweatshirt is a joke... made of some slick fabric with a 'picture' of tie dye printed on it. The beige and gray hooded sweater isn't anything like the picture. The gray floral is huge and some horrible fabric. I wont even try to return them after reading other reviews. I wish I had done that before spending over $100. Very disappointing. This should be outlawed!
The 2 piece bathing suit fits very well and is so comfortable! The best part about it is that the top is long enough to cover my thighs, which makes me feel comfortable in front of other people! So glad I bought this suit.
Although the items I received were all nice quality as shown online, I decided to return one on the last day of the eligible period. When ModLily actually received the returned merchandise, there was some confusion about going beyond the acceptable time limits. At first the refund was rejected, but then their Customer Service Rep, Sunshine, carefully reviewed the situation and was able to grant the full reimbursement (not including shipping) back to me. I can continue to shop with confidence here, but if I need to return something in the future, I won't wait to the last minute again!
My situation was dealt with very promptly and all the emails I sent concerning my order were responded to very quickly!
The issue was resolved within a very short period which nowadays is hard to experience and I'm happy with how everything was dealt with.
The team was also very polite, friendly and honest!
It's nice to know there are businesses out there that still value such good qualities!

Ordered a swimsuit which was too small no return label emailed four address no reply eventually found I have to submit a ticket online after submitting 5 tickets and having no reply I then phoned PayPal and had to get a refund through them 3 months later I have finally received a response saying sorry for delay in response how can we help! I would not recommend a level order from this site again absolute rubbish
I was very hesitant about ordering from this company but to my surprise I really liked the items I ordered. I got 4 bathing suits. 1 came immediately, the other 3 took about 3 weeks. All the suits are really cute and fit good! I am a larger size and was afraid they'd be too small but no, they fit great! Will order from them again.
Ordered clothes. Did not like. Returned clothes as dictated by their return policy. They refused return. In their communication, they said they evaluate returned based on "smell". They refused return based on "peculiar smell". Instead of a refund, they offered a credit. If the clothes had a "peculiar smell", why would they offer a credit? Our home is smoke and pet free. They have found a way to refuse refunds and force you to purchase again from them. This company is a total scam.
Items sent are nothing like the photos. Return policy is a long, complicated and difficult process. This is shipped from China and is poor quality and has little similarity to the items sent. They are photographic representations of the pictures in a cheap fabric, poorly made and with no relevance to the sizes ordered. Beware they operate under different names and flood your social media constantly.
Sizing is wrong. Return policy is 60% of the purchase price, even if their size chart is wrong. Cute stuff, not badly made, but no, no, no. Example: 46 inch bust, ordered that size, item when it arrived was 42 inch bust, for two different size shirts. Lost my money. Wished I looked at the ratings before I ordered.
I received my coat last week; at first I was surprised by the golden thread in the texture (that is not visible in the product photos) yet now I like that; can be dressed up with a cute clutch and a light dress for going out on autumn nights or can be dressed down with leggings and combat boots.
Ordered a shirt for my wife, received it and was too small. Requested a refund, got a shipping label, and promptly returned. Shirt was never worn, washed, but put back in the plastic bag that it came in and shipped back. A week or so later no word so I made a ticket on their website, and in a few days just like the other reviews here was told that I had returned a different shirt, that was stained and worn. I paid through Paypal, so I opened a case with them, hopefully they can get my refund from these scammers.

I ordered 5 shirts and they shipped three. I submitted a "ticket" through their "process" and it says they respond within 24 hours. Three days and still no response. I'm going through my credit card to file a claim against them. Material for the shirts is also cheap and I was very disappointed with the quality. I'm afraid to wash them, They will probably fall apart!
I got a dress from this site and it was a birthday gift from my lovely mom.So I wear it a lot and have washed it for many times already and they are still going strong. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
