Ordered $136 worth of swimwear, only to cancel immediately after reading the true negative reviews on Reddit and elsewhere. Modlily promised a refund via "Clara" on the site chat, but conveniently did not send it in automatic form when checking the box for such. No product was delivered, the product was cancelled within minutes, and yet Modlily wants to now offer an in-store credit and keep the monies collected! The bank has been notified of the fraudulent scam and has possession of the chats that were sent after numerous requests (sans the original), for the purposes of dispute resolution.

Sent size S instead of XL. Return address not your address. No copy of sale with merchandise. No way of sending it back because I don't know the item number. Ordered as a guest. Swim suit not finished with sew. I guess you get what you pay for.
I have a 12% discount, but I went back to buy more things. After I made my purchase, I noticed the discount was gone.
No complaints...whatsoever! I really like everything I chose. For reasonably priced clothing, everything is made well and looks nice. Did everything that I ordered fit? No, but I expected that so I wasn't disappointed that I need to lose a little more weight before I can get into to two of the items bought.
I will definitely purchase from modlily again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
