I was offered a less-than-acceptable offer for returning two swimsuits that were too small. I never have a problem ordering a small because I am 5ft tall and only weigh 105 lbs; however the suits were way too tight for me. I was first offered less than half of what I had paid for them and to keep them; however, I am unable to wear them and simply wanted to return them. After being on the phone and talking to 3 different agents, I finally got emails to return the suits; however, I still have not heard about a refund.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
