I like when I can get a month settle and I don't have to pay full price or pay full shipment. It helps I'm retired in everything helps.
Until I see the results of my return request I can't say whether it is a positive or negative experience. A previous return required me to call and insist on a refund rather than a credit which was given upon my request. This time I am simply wanting a credit for a future purchase but I want to verify the amount credited is correct before giving a better rating.
I needed to exchange items and the process was simple. Quick responses and they processed my exchange so I would receive in time for my vacation 😀

I have bought a few items at Modlily, happy with them all.
I could not complete my order because I had started once online, once in App and then back online. Seemed like I kept losing Modlily. I went back to order again, and it had collected all of my attempts to order so there were multiple orders of the same items. Great that I could clear all that up myself and finish my order.
