The swimsuit fits wonderfully! I ordered according to the size chart, which was very accurate. I'm very pleased with the quality, and surprised at how quickly the order was shipped and received. The only thing I felt bad about was that the price was slashed by 50% just a few days after I had placed my order. I would definitely order from Modlily again.
Very bad return policy. From what I read on the website it would be an easy 30 day return but it's not that way at all. I tried to return something that didn't fit and according to their size chart it should have but I'm told it's very expensive to return anything so how about if they give me a 25% off my next item? Why would I want to order something again that might not fit and be out more money? I wouldn't order anything else or suggest this company to any of my friends or family.
I love shopping here. They have great quality, great prices, great products and different sizes of clothing for all types of people, their shipping speed is very good and excellent customer service team.
Very good, had to return as both dresses were too big, I'm still in the process of the return but all seems pretty smooth. Products came when they said they would packaged nicely, I would try again. If I had the right size I may feel differently, but I found the dresses lacked structure and the material a bit thin. However, for the price, pretty products!
Modlily is the what now I love for buying clothes online. It's became my first preference for online shopping. I just gave it a shot and it worked all fine. I had a doubt on a certain dress and just sent a message to the customer service. They came back very fast and answered all my questions politely. The payment process went perfect and the order placed successfully.

I wrote a review on a swim suit that was so so because of the way it fit my body type. It's a swim suit I can use but it won't be my favourite. After posting the review Modlily sent me an email explaining that I could return the product no problem or receive a 20% refund and keep it. That is some great customer service!
Great Quality and beautiful patterns, very comfortable and easy on the skin. No problems with ordering and receiving my swimwear. I was a little confused with the exchange process but everything went through
If you are a very small Asian women, then these clothes may fit. If you live in China then you might be able to return. BUT, if you are from Europe or North America... save your money! Extremely small fitting, bad quality (a mean not even sewn properly). If you want to return they tell you no cuz the postage isn't worth it. You will be stuck with something that doesn't fit and looks like it was made in Grade 6 Home Economics Class. Beware! They are a poor quality China company but you don't find that out until they have your money.
I loved this bathing suit in the picture. I ordered an XL. When the suit came I was so excited. I tried it on and the bottoms fit great, top was too big. Bathing suit is useless to me. They want to charge me $ 9.99 to return it, giving me credit $15.00 to use toward a new suit. Then you wind up spending more than you originally spent. Such a ripoff. Don't order a swimsuit from them unless you are sure both pieces will fit.

The swimsuits I ordered were of super high quality and were exactly as shown in the photos. This was such a nice surprise. And the items were consistently true to size as well. When I had questions, the customer support people were very prompt and helpful. I did have to return a few items and the return process was very structured and easy to use. My refund came quickly also. I highly recommend shopping with Modlily.
I had ordered from modlily before and I've always had a great experience. However this time, my order was so messed up. I made 2 separate orders but only received one. The items shipped to me with a damaged "yellow" postal sticker that said package was received "in bad condition. " the items delivered were NOT what I ordered! They sent me 2 of the same swim dress which was only supposed to be 1! Then an item was missing and they sent me a dress I did NOT even order! Never received my other order This is so disappointing as I was looking forward to these clothes for my Spring Break Vaca
These must be Chinese sizing. The table said it would fit when I ordered but just to be sure I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I normally wear. I can barely get it over my head, won't go over my shoulder. Too bad the dress is beautiful and I can't get a response on returning it.
I would not recommend purchasing from this site unless you want to pay more for shipping than what your order cost or be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks for your purchase! You will need to plan your wardrobe at least one season in advance to make use of your purchase in the season it was designed for!
I am in love with these shorts I purchased and the mermaid tail blanket. The other 3 pairs of shorts ran a little small, and I was a little unsatisfied. However, the customer service was top notch and quickly resolved all issues for returns. Looking forward to getting new items from here.
My husband bought me a dress for Christmas, it did not arrive in time, when it did it was the wrong size so he communicated over several days with the admin via email, he has sent the dress back for a full refund, which we have yet to receive, postage costing us over £12.00. Today we receive papers from TNTcharging £25.00 for the postage from China! Its a massively underhanded business and I am now dreading that we won't be reimbursed.
There are so many items that you can't find anywhre else and everything is so beautiful. I searched other sites and could not find a swimsuit like the one I wanted on modlily. The ones I found that were similar were either way more expensive or had bad reviews. My new swimsuit looks perfect and feels comfortable. Love this site!
I mistakenly caved to FB and ordered from Modlily. After the fact (stupid, I know) I read many unfavorable reviews and decided to cancel my order less than 2 hours after placing it. Although they were quick to take my money and process it through PayPal, they are now nonexistent when it comes to communicating the status of my order. 4 email attempts and multiple unanswered phone calls later, filed a claim with PayPal. Save yourself the trouble and don't even take a second look at them.
Very nice quality but the fit is really off. Tried to return item. Very difficult to get them to respond. State they will answer I 1 day. Had to open a case in PAy Pal to get a response. Resolution was an adjustment because they stated it would have to be returned to China at a high cost. Have purchased other items and was pleased. Be ware of this return policy which is not clear. Also when you call the customer service number it is not in English? Just had Another problem with Modlily. So I am updating my review. Was contacted by them after writing my review wanting my order number. "Sofia" stated that she would try to come to a better resolution of this problem to get me re embursed for my purchase. Responded 3 times to her with #. Have never heard from her again! What a liar! Beware of their lies! Changing my rating to one star because of this terrible service. Never again!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
