I purchased 2 dresses. One didn't look good on me so I returned it! I was a bit nervous about returning because I don't order on line very much and I'm technically challenged. But all has worked out well!

Almost a month since I placed an order, received no response when I questioned the tracking link that does not work. I doubt I will ever receive my purchase. Do not waste your time doing business with this company.

I have ordered four different times from mod lily and have been extremely happy with each item. The fit, material and overall quality are excellent! I receive compliments every time I wear one of their tops and they feel so luxurious to wear. I also love looking through their online catalogue for my next order.

Yes. I keep contacting ModLily (submitting a ticket on line) for an "authorized return to correct address" and the replies I receive never have an address. I have never had such poor customer service. I will NEVER order from ModLily again. After reading some reviews, sounds like I'm out of luck and just lost my money. Oh well, live and learn. Guess I will take clothing items to Good Will and hope someone enjoys them.

Shame on me for not checking reviews first and I should've known that I get what I pay for. It has been over a month since I placed an order and still haven't received it. The tracker says it's in China, support your local businesses and stay clear of this scam!

I had placed an order by mistake, and needed to cancel it. I really was impressed with your customer service, my issue was promptly resolved in a timely matter. I can honestly say that they have one of the best customer service representatives I've encountered. I love the clothes along with the great deals Modlily has. I will be ordering again!

It took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Kept writing back and forth with customer service. Their policy is to refund 50% of cost if shipment does not arrive by promised date. They got around that by changing the promised delivery date 3 times. Finally got my items but no 50% refund. Will stick to ordering from reputable USA companies from now on.

Wow! I am really appreciative of the quickest response I have ever received in an online order. I am always leery of doing this kind of purchase because so many times either they won't let you return items or they are of a poor quality and they want to discount your money paid way too much.

I often bought in modlily. The few times I've had return/concern issues they've been wonderfully helpful. The processing of the return or exchanging in modlily is easy, So the customers don't need worry. They have great service, good product and an addictive site.

Horrible quality. Didn't fit. Tried to submit a ticket to return but no one has gotten back to me and it's been one week. Their website states that you will receive a response within 24 hours. I will NEVER order from here again.

I ordered two tunics in the same size. One was fine but the other at least two sizes too small. Despite contacting them twice, I have had no reply or return address. They seem to expect photographs and full measurements of the garment they sent but will not provide any return address. How can I photograph a garment which is so small that I cannot get it on? What a palaver. I gave up in the end.
