Never received order despite money taken out of my account a month ago. Customer service keeps saying they will hurry and rush order. Tracking # doesn't update, just says it's prepared for shipment. Shady!
So just making you aware that many.of these reviews are highly suspect as being fake company driven reviews. It's a known practice. My personal experience is as follows...slow snail paced service, billed me twice, unable to reach anyone alive at customer service and the size/quality substandard. They market their items all wrong. They market to full sized plus women and use stick thin models. Very deceitful. Beware
Placed an order December 1st and was told it would come in right before christmas. Never happened at all still waiting and a few days later my credit card numbers where stolen my bank said someone tried to take over $2000 from my account. Watch your credit card information guys there just like any asian website a fraud.
I've chatted with the Customer Service Agent to amend my shipping address. It was fast and easy. My concern has been resolved right away. They have great selections of stylish swimwear as well. Can't wait to get mine!
The material is nice, a thicker but not uncomfortable stretchy cotton. Can't believe the price for what I got, happy with my purchase. Slim through the waist and flair just like the picture. Super sexy, you will love. Delivery was fast

Ordered a top hideous cheap looking fabric. Have requested a return label, need to pay to send it to the US, although the return address on package is UK! Will see if I get my money back. I've heard that they often claim items are damaged or soiled so refund cannot be given. I only wish I'd read reviews first.
Modlily literally posted photos from a Free People shoot on their website and when I ordered the shirt (expecting the shirt featured), it was a cheap copy made out of scrub material (the real shirt is supposed to be linen/cotton blend). I have been sending them emails for almost three weeks now demanding a refund but they just won't cooperate. It's unbelievable.
I guess due to they are in Asia you cant get any help, no invoice attached to order or info about returning if product is wrong etc... horrible customer service and overall unethical business practices
I received my shipment today (finally after 5 weeks) and I would not be caught dead wearing these shapeless, flimsy, poorly manufactured rags. They are, without a doubt, the absolute WORST garments I've ever seen in my many years of retail experience. Absolutely pathetic. Crooked hems and seams, loose pockets, stray threads, broken and missing stitches, cheap fabric so thin you can see through it. I bought 5 items, and I'd be embarrassed to be seen in any one of them. The shipping back to China nearly equals my investment. This crap isn't even good enough to donate to charity. Based on my experience, any positive reviews of this company could not have been generated by actual customers.

This company shows up on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Unlike other legitimate online stores, they will take payment immediately and never send a confirmation, much less any merchandise. I placed an order 6 weeks ago & money was taken out of my account the same day. I have never heard from them. Beware. Do not let them continue!
Horrible quality clothing, takes forever for your order to come, 2 out of 4 items sent were the wrong size, return policy is a nightmare. Wish I had done more research on this company before I waste my money.

Fast delivery, quality clothes as represented in on line pictures. Sizing seems a little large but it could be me as I lost some weight over the last few months and did not measure myself before purchase.
Slow delivery but great customer service nonetheless! Was actually shocked to get an immediate and appropriate response to my communication regarding the order. Very happy about that.

This site is a competitive online fashion store with thousands of trendy womens clothing.The customer service is very helpful and I were well informed about my order from shipping to when I received my item. Good value for money and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Absolutely appalling product. Not like the picture, cheap material, bad sizing, stitching not straight, where do I end? Poor customer service, although they did respond quickly they would not offer a refund because of faulty item. Offered me 20% if I paid to send it back. Argued for days but ended up telling them to stick it! Trading standards cannot do anything as the company is in China. Do not shop with this site and please check details more carefully if you find something that is a bargain price elsewhere as there are a lot about! Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
