After waiting over 2 months & totally getting the run around from Modlily they refunded my $71.00 to a closed bank account so the transaction did not go through & they still have my money. They just reply to me & say call my bank. It's a closed account my bank can not do anything your transaction did not go through & you still have my money! They won't even give me credit or resend the order, those crooks! Bad customer service with a company that does not care about their customers. Buyers Beware
The overall experience was ok, I only received part of my order and had to inquire about the rest and I received 1 more item then the other a week or so later. That was the only issue.
Everything went smoothly from beginning of my order to receiving it. Was given a delivery date and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived before the date. Quality was as expected. I will definitely shop again.

After an original mess up regarding the order, I contacted Modlily directly. They took care of everything immediately and I received my order fast! They were wonderful to work with! I will definitely use them again!
The three I have gotten from you are amazing and have an amazing fit. The quality of them is amazing and they fit amazingly. My twenty nine year old daughter even think they're amazing. I still have two that I haven't received but I'm really disappointed that they cost me 74 dollar's without bottoms but lesson learned.
Everything I ordered wasn't in stock. Requested a refund several times and was assured it was processed but never did receive it. Requested proof it was processed and never received it. DON'T order from this site.
After placing my order I realised I ordered the wrong size. I immediately thought i had wasted my money however hoping for the best I sent an email requesting a size change.
