This is a UK based company that's shop front leads you to believe it's Australian supplier. Goods come via the slowest shipping method possible.
Staff are rude and have no ethics.
Just read the large amount of bad reviews and don't get caught like I did.
Despite the product i bought not being from Australia, it came as early as possible! If there were a local mobile zap store with that stock in Australia then i'd have been even happier (samsung galaxy a9 case)
Firstly I used this site becasue I thought I was buying inside of Australia as it is ".com.au" but they shipped the product from the U.K. So delivery time was long.
Once I received the screen protector it was missing parts.
Now I'm in the process of trying to return it...This is my current status, an email sent by them... "Thank you for filling in our returns form. As your item is one that carries some returns restrictions, one of our customer service team members will be in touch within 1 working day to assist you.
In the meantime, please do not send the items to us until someone from our team has been in contact. "

I've used MobileZap twice now, both experiences have been poor. My disappointment stems from the store being unable to estimate arrival time of stock and dishonesty with information provided. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt once, but not again. Please shop elsewhere!

I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks fir the 2 cases i ordered for my huawei g9 phone... did not get any confirmation of my order. I just now found out that they ship the items from uk. Wil wait for another week. I dont know if they even read these reviews
I recently bought an Olixar Nokia 7 Plus Tempered Glass Screen Protector for $21.00. Came in a fancy box etc. all looked great.The hype stated it would eliminate bubbles and has some fancy protection on the glass to minimise finger prints.
I downloaded correct procedure etc. There were definitely no bubbles only a very noticeable " blob!
As for the fingerprints... what a joke! Lucky I'm not a crook because all the cops would have to do is take my phone... have never had a screen that attracts fingerprints and dust and grime as badly as this one. BUYER BEWARE folks... it's not cheap so don't bother with this product... you can do so much better.
They are not Australian based. Their contact number for customer service never answers. I bought a case for my laptop and it has never arrived neither I received tracking number. Really poor service. Wild never buy from them again.
MobileZap seems to be one of the few Australian businesses that imports the Sugru range of 2-part mixable polymers that set to silicone rubber in a range of colours. This is a very useful product for modelling kids toys, flexible gaskets, or even for making small orthopaedic cushions for people with bunions. My order was dispatched quickly and correctly with a minimum of fuss. I hope this small business gets the success it deserves.
After 7 buisness days I had not recieved my item, and I contacted Mobile Zap. They promised a refund of $20 due to postage processing times, which I never recieved.
After asking for evidence, they couldn't provide anything.
20 buisness days later and several complaints to them, I was told if my Samsung tags don't doesn't arrive within "25 buisness days" then they will investigate.
Up until today (24 buisness days), my shipping number has said "update unavailable, item ready for shipping 2nd January".
Today I located several ip addresses used, and threatened to involve the ACCC and federal police for scam and fraud within Australia, from overseas (much higher convictions).
Now my shipping has been updated and it looks like something has been sent.
Avoid this place like the plague.

No complaints whatever - only praise for an excellent service!
This business was excellent to deal with. They delivered on time, the goods were well packaged and they provided a quick response when I asked for some installation help. I'm very pleased I purchased from MobileZap and would be happy to do so again.
Ordered a case for my Nexus 4. Paid quite a bit extra for express shipping with tracking, which was a stupid mistake in retrospect. Supposed to arrive in 4-6 days, it has been about 9 days since I placed the order. Can't use my phone in the meantime. They sent me the tracking number when it shipped, but the number was invalid and there was no way I could track my item. Have sent two emails requesting assistance which have both been ignored. Opened a case with PayPal a couple of days ago which they have yet to address as well.
I won't be surprised if the item doesn't show up at all, if that's the case I intend to get all my money back. If it does arrive soon I'll fight to get my shipping cost back at the very least.

A friend told me about the product - four uses in one - (1) a stylus for IPad or phone/touch screen use, (2) a ball point pen (3) a torch and (4) a laser beam. Brilliant and I'm about to order more for Christmas presents (if I can hold onto them for that long!)
This company sent me product that I did not order and debited my credit card. I since had to not only go through the hassle of closing accounts, but also reported them to paypal, eBay and consumers affairs.

I placed an order on a Friday evening, paid for express postage, and the delivery from the UK was on the following Wednesday. The 'tracking' feature' is also a great tool. I will be using MobileZap as my first port of call for all my future 'technical' related needs.
One product arrived a week late on a paid express delivery service due to being "out of stock" and the other product they sent was incorrect. They then refused to pay for postage to correct their error. Such a terrible waste of money and time. Will never use their website again
Cancelled order today. Ordered 3 items eventually after 3days get an email asking to verify address then told it would take another 3-4 days for the item to be delivered. Requested refund of their express shipping charge as they cannot meet the service the advertised. They declined my offer i cancelled my order.
Avoid these liars.
I bought an Item from them which eventually was delivered but it took about 40 days. I got an order shipped email from them which did not have any shipment details I could track using and they did not respond to any of my emails. Got a bit concerned but eventually the product did come through.
Horrible people and a horrible business who falsely claim they are Australian site but i reality they are overseas and sell second hand goods as new and once you complain they will just ignore you. TRUST ME STAY CLEAR OR YOU WILL SUFFER
