One product arrived a week late on a paid express delivery service due to being "out of stock" and the other product they sent was incorrect. They then refused to pay for postage to correct their error. Such a terrible waste of money and time. Will never use their website again

Saw the advert and decided it could be useful. I have now tried it out and found it straight forward to use and connect and most importantly it works very well. Very happy with it and definitely recommend it.
After making an online order, I received an email to notify me that there was a delay on the product I ordered. The email also said that if I was unable to wait I could change my order. The instructions were provided on how to do this. After initially deciding to change my order I then decided to cancel my order. The correspondence was quick and obliging and a refund was provided. Although I didn't go through with order due to a change in my own circumstance, I would certainly buy from this company again.
Mobilezap is a good online marketplace. Though it took just 1 day extra to be delivered but I am satisfied with them. I have got what I ordered and the goods were in good shape. I ordered LG G3 back cover and screen protector. I'll order from Mobilezap again.

I have ordered three items: wireless charger, case and screen protector. Only the first of these was in stock and was dispatched next day, the other two items came separately again, I was charged for shipping once only which is fair in my view. I can only say good things about MobileZap: prompt, responsive, I was able to track the deliveries along, all items delivered in proper condition, as described on the website. Given that living in Australia, we do not enjoy the breadth of choice of goods that the rest of the world does (at least as far as mobile phone accessories are concerned), MobileZap is a very reliable source. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to accessorise their new mobile.

Need to improve system from after the order is placed to when it is received. The manager did get on top of order and handled it quickly.
Bought only one thing from MobileZap so far (Muvit white flip phone case for Sony Xperia Z1C), but am still happy with it after a few weeks of very intensive use. Actual ordering process was relatively streamlined, shipping took a bit longer than expected, product was not at all well-protected in packaging (but thankfully didn't get damaged), price was very reasonable. Product was exactly as I expected and so far seems to be standing up well to my demanding needs. Would recommend this site to others looking for phone accessories (but as always, do your own research first -- MobileZap is a supplier, not a manufacturer, so make sure you read other reviews and know what you're buying).
