Horrible people and a horrible business who falsely claim they are Australian site but i reality they are overseas and sell second hand goods as new and once you complain they will just ignore you. TRUST ME STAY CLEAR OR YOU WILL SUFFER

Ordered the Ibolt Active car dock for Iphone 6S Plus (IPro2). Still waiting on the new iphone to arrive so haven't been able to check the dock out fully but it looks good. There are inbuilt spacers where the lightening cable is located to allow for different case thicknesses and it's height adjustable. Grip feels very firm.
Placed my order on late on 5 Sep which was a public holiday, and it arrived on the 9 Sep. Very pleased with the service.
One star missing because the dock came from UK rather than an Australian warehouse.

I ordered a Sony Z4 pad genuine cover. Initially I was advised of a delay in shipping, then again and again. After another week with no update I sent a request and was advised of further delay with the offer to change my order. I changed the order and paid the difference and now a further two weeks and I don't have any confirmation of the order, no indication of delivery (even though multiples of the item were showing as "in stock") and am getting no response from the company.
It is now over 6 weeks from the initial order with no answers in sight.
I have started a dispute resolution with PayPal.

Recently tried to buy a iPhone SE 2020 wallet. Filtered my shopping experience to iPhone SE 2020, but the wallet I received was for the previous version of the iPhone SE

Although the item I ordered was eventually delivered as described, this company deliberately lies to get your order. Their website looks like it's in Australia with a Sydney address and telephone number, but this is BS! After being unable to contact the company via telephone, I specifically emailed them asking if the item I wanted was "in stock IN AUSTRALIA" as I had placed an order for the same item on Amazon and wanted to make sure I received it by a specific date. They replied "yes". So I cancelled the order with Amazon (which was cheaper and included postage, where MobileZap charged me $52 for postage and gave no option to change the postage), and placed the order with MobileZap. Then as I watched the tracking, the item was dispatched from the UK, then went to the USA (did a couple of laps of different states, LA to Cincinnati and back to LA), then arrived in Brisbane (where I live), went down to Sydney, then finally back to Brisbane. When I wrote them again explaining that I could have left my order with Amazon and saved over $60 after they deliberately lied to me, they totally disregarded this part of my email and spoke about their shipping policy (nothing to do with it...) and because my order had arrived (aahhh, no it hadn't) there was nothing they could do. I won't be dealing with this deceitful company again!

mobilezap.com.au stole $366.91c from me. I ordered Express Shipping and that was 2 months ago. Yes I can prove it INVOICE No. ******* yes I am real.
They said they don't have the stock and even thoe their website said they did at the time, They DONT. They said they would refund my money BUT THEY DID NOT. So warning they WILL RIPP YOU OFF. BUY your products somewhere else. MOBILEZAP.COM.AU is exactly that they zap your money from your bank account remotely and don't give it back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I have ordered three items: wireless charger, case and screen protector. Only the first of these was in stock and was dispatched next day, the other two items came separately again, I was charged for shipping once only which is fair in my view. I can only say good things about MobileZap: prompt, responsive, I was able to track the deliveries along, all items delivered in proper condition, as described on the website. Given that living in Australia, we do not enjoy the breadth of choice of goods that the rest of the world does (at least as far as mobile phone accessories are concerned), MobileZap is a very reliable source. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to accessorise their new mobile.

I ordered a Ballistic impact proof cover for my Sony Experia Z1 on the understanding that it was being posted from Sydney.
When it didn't arrive within three days I phoned MobileZap and was told that it was being posted from England.
I was initially disappointed, but pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few days later.
The service and product were first class, not to mention the incredible range of products they have available.
I'm happy.
