Scam

They practically scammed me I lost more than 100 dollars they do not unlock remotely they call providers to unlock for free and they have not looked for a solution to unlock me and remove iCloud they are not honest with us they do not unlock remotely do not lose your money please it is a scam. Don't trust them now they have given me a credit note and they can't refund my money. I need a refund and I'll try to find a page to block the mobile unlocks page, they can't scam more people.

Works but would have like better transparency

Experience is set up behind two pay walls. The first they tell you about. The second is a bit hidden. After you pay to evaluate your phone which I suspect 95% of phone pass you can start the unlock process. You see the price for the basic process and for me the premium process has no slots and shows no price. So you are pushed to a two step process. You don't see the price till after the first step is complete. Feedback. Show the premium price up front. The process worked. The premium price was more than expected and what I saw in the reviews. End to end it cost me $400 to unlock my phone. Depending on your old phone it might be a better deal to buy an unlocked phone and just get a trade in credit. It was break even for me compared to a trade in of iPhone 13 Pro Max to 15 pro max.

Worst purchase ever

Where do I start. Went on the Mobileunlocks website because a phone I was given I couldn't use my sim for some reason. I was charged £11.99 for an Eligibility check. It stated that the phone was locked to Vodafone UK. Later on I found out that this wasn't the case. Mobileunlocks then asked for a further payment of £48 for unlocking the phone. After various messages and emails I finally got certain codes that never worked. Again I sent messages with no response. Frustrated, I went to Armafone who within seconds said the phone was not locked to Vodafone and I should contact Mobileunlocks for a full refund because of false information. I contacted them and to this day have not had a response and would like to know the next steps to get my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY,ITS A SCAM

Tablet already Unlocked

I paid MobileUnlocks to unlock my tablet. However, I realized my tablet was already unlocked and therefore I did not need to unlock it. I asked for refund but they refused. MobileUnlocks are scammers!

Very happy

I had a phone that was locked by the carrier I used before. The phone was paid off they still wouldn't unlock it for me. You guys had it unlocked within a few hours. It was so easy and a good price they even gave me 10$ back. If I ever have to unlock another phone I will be using your service again.

IPhone 7

After initially being disappointed at the time taken to unlock my iPhone 7 (the process took a little over 72 hours), i am pleased that the process has now been completed successfully & I am now able to use my Vodafone SIM in my old O2 phone.
Having the updates on the unlocking page was helpful & there was also a swift response to my initial query, which was also helpful.
Given the success of the process, I'd recommend to others who cannot unlock their phones through old carriers either - just be mindful that the initial payment is for checks & there is a second payment to be made for the unlocking process.

Very expensive for what you get

They do not tell you when you pay the first payment that this is just to tell you if they can unlock your phone. To unlock your phone their is another payment of double the first to get the code to unlock your phone.
As it was a old cheap phone it was not worth the money I paid.

Fast and reliable service!

I was trilled by the service offer on the site. Almost incredible about the rapiditi offered and the painless procedure.
But as promised, it took the time needed, even less than tha 4-5 days espected in the begining.
The counter was still close to tye zero, when - BAMM! - I got he answer to my question - code was posted by email, and when I've put another SIM card, different to the one, where my asirCard was locked, I din't get any wrong message at the beggining.
I know, somebody could say that it is not free or something close, but it was a good trip and I am Happy with the service provided!

There were 3 steps with a charge at each step, but this is explained if you read the terms and conditions. The unlock took a few days, with regular emails to update.
