At first I thought it was a scam but I have it a shot and it was worth it. Problem is, you get walked up a price ladder and might end up spending way above the initial fee but this depends on the complexity of your unlock.
The unlock may take way above the stipulated time but through this process, the customer service would be top notch; quick and detailed replies + a periodical progress report on the process.
In summary, they could be expensive and take longer time, but they would surely deliver as promised
The service was very easy and fast to use. I cannot fault that. I did feel that the way that you are charged is a bit misleading as you pay for one service and then to complete it, you are asked for a second payment which I didn't think was very clear.
I phoned up EE and then there was a clear message about typing into google unlocking mobile, i then clicked on the link, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I paid for the first part then received an order confirmation. Then I received a second email to pay the second half and then the order was complete and I was able to use the phone which had been unlocked. I took less than 24 hours, excellent service, clear and easy to use, would certainly recommend.
They did successfully unlock the phone, but the $30 cost they lead with is just to verify the phone in a database and is non-refundable. They do tell you this, but it is buried in the contract. Then it required an additional $50 to do the actual unlock. At $80 total to unlock, it was getting close to the cost of just purchasing an older unlocked phone from eBay and saving oneself all the hassle.

They tell you it's nine bucks, then they need another sixteen, then fifty, then they stall you for a few days, then they need another two hundred bucks, which is "a great deal" because they negotiated it down from several hundred for you, which you allegedly owe your carrier to pay off your phone. You contact your carrier and confirm the phone is paid off. You inform MU and they still say you still need their premium service. Avoid at all costs. Total scam. The positive reviews likely come from troll farms paid for by me and other victims. Sorry.

Everyone should try this service because mobileunlock have the best service the process told me 7 days and it only take one day I was really surprise I tell my 2 brother about it and they also going to try your service
While the actual unlock was quick, the total cost was clear until after the first payment.
In total it was nearly £40 which is excessive for an unlock.
The full cost should be made clear before any payments are taken

Initial experience was charge for service. As soon as that charge was placed, another charge was set for Network and phone vendor. After 24 hours I was given 1 code. I obtained a sim card, installed to phone and saw no request for codes. Returned to sim card vendor and told to call tracfone to unlock phone. Tracfone produced two codes one of which had been provided by Mobile locks but second code was also needed. When both codes installed with help of Tracfone the phone unlocked. It appears to me that Mobile Locks was unnecessary and I would appreciate a refund. I would rate service as POOR!
They advertise on Google for £7.99. You go to the website and they advertise that you can unlock your phone for £11.99. You fill in some details, pay the amount only to realise this was a pre-unlock check. They then charge you an additional £26 to actually unlock the phone. Complete scam. Wouldn't recommend or use again
!SCAM ALERT!
After paying the initial fee to MobileUnlocks to assess whether my phone could be unlocked, I needed to pay another fee to attempt to unlock it automatically. That was unsuccessful, so I then needed to pay yet another fee to have a technician manually unlock my phone. I don't have a problem with the fees, although I was surprised because I didn't read the agreement (that's on me).
The real problem comes next…a technician reached out to me, but totally ghosted me after the initial message. I repeatedly attempted to contact the technician via WhatsApp without any response. Then, after asking their virtual customer support for a refund close to a dozen times over the course of five months and being assured that my request was being escalated to someone to resolve the matter, it never was. Not a single 'live' human being contacted me.
MobileUnlocks never delivered even though I paid the fees...is that stealing? It seems so. I regrettably am notifying potential customers of this potential SCAM!

I am pleased with the outcome, after an hour i got my phone unlocked which I am extremely satisfied with. The one reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I made my payment thinking there was no other payment. To then have another payment to make. I would prefer to just make an overall payment.
The company not helped me. I tried to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S23 plus.
After I paid 11.99£ for a diagnosis they ask me to pay another 26.00£ for unlocking.
They didn't unlock my phone and after 10 emails to them asking the refund they accepted to give me only that 26.00£ and they offer me like a voucher on they're site for that 11.99£. I ask them again for refund for that 11.99£ but they refused and told me I still have to use them on their site.
This company is not worth to be used and my advice is to avoid them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

My unlock worked, although it did take longer than expected - around a week. They did communicate throughout and the tracking feature was useful. All in all now got an unlocked iPhone for my son.
