Easy process but I felt disappointed that the total cost of the service was not made clear from the start except in very small print
The initial cost was only advertised as £ 11-99 but then after the initial process another £ 26-00 was needed to complete the process
Thus the real cost was £ 37-99 not the initial £ 11-99 as indicated when the on line search was done.
I think this is a bit duplicitous
The website advertised unlocking my phone from £7.99, on that basis I proceeded, I then got a charge of £12.99, it was more than I expected but I proceeded. The app then went through a check list, it then asked for a further £26 to unlock the phone, totaling nearly £39. I would have pulled out of the transaction but the,£12.99 was non refundable so I felt was committed to the deal.
My other ee phone was locked and ee unlocked it for free, so I am a bit disappointed to say the least. I feel this company is underhanded.
My phone is unlocked successfully. I'm very happy with that part of the service. However, they don't tell you that stage one cost you 8 pounds, and then stage to cost you with a further nearly 30 pounds.
MobileUnlocks were brilliant. The instructions were very easy to follow and I had an unlocked phone in no time.
The website made everything clear and the communication was excellent.

I paid twice. My mistake because I thought I was using a different company. Codes received are the same but none of them work. The first time I was asked to provide video of me entering codes which I did. But received no further advice.
Didn't like that it says unlock for £12 then it says phone checked now pay another £26! To complete. They should make it clear how much it costs in the first place. I thought it was a scam because of this and didn't pay the 2nd payment, took it to a phone shop and they said £30 to unlock so I did pay the 2nd payment. It took 2 days which waiting made me even more sure it was a scam but EE takes longer. This does work and it's not a scam so if you can't be bothered to go to a shop it's a great service. Basically costs £8 more than a phone shop would charge. Overall I'm happy and recommend it.
Orginally unlocked my EE samsung s10 phone before and this was so quick and easy to get the unlock codes but then My phone said no sim no network and i thought it was blocked, it was my sim tray that was wonkey all along ha ha and the phone was actually unlocked all along, as it was coming up with sim no network i thought maybe EE locked the phone so wasted money on getting an unlock code from mobile unlocks etc and havent used the codes at all because i have sorted the issues and now feel like an idiot for buying unlock codes that i never needed to buy

I was able to get what I needed done. I was just a little surprised that it cost more than I had originally thought. Granted, it was stated, but it was in small type and harder to see on the first page. Thankfully they were able to do what they said they could do.
It was time consuming but really worth it they work around a lot and get the job done

Service i paid for was SIM UNLOCKED
I paid $14.99 for checks then my iphone was clean.
They say i need to pay for standard service was was around $45.00. The result was unsuccessfully.
Asked me to pay for $200.00 usd for premium service which turn out to be a total unsuccessfully.
They even say it was BLACKLISTED while in the checks from the beginning it was CLEAN which i paid for $15.00.
I ask them for refund they gave me a credit Note. Of $245.00.
Why in the hell will i use the company again. This is a fraud.
Instead they could easily refund it to my bank account.
And when you email them they dont respond.

I paid for the full unlocking facility on a Samsung phone so my son could travel to South America and buy a SIM card. The phone never unlocked and continued to ask for more payments. I asked for a refund as the service didn't work and had no answer and no refund.

The worst, instead of refunding what i paid to my card, they only gave me a partial 78$ that can be used, to their website. For me, that sounded like "thank you for giving us free 96$". I feel robbed. Warning, if you dont wana be stressed and feel like you want to learn how to become a "beekeeper" and get rid of them. DONT USE their service..

They sent me the codes but they did not unlock the network for my cell phone, when I sent them a message they did not give me any response and they did not refund any of my money, even though they assured me that the cell phone would be unlocked.
