I didn't have an issue with the second payment however it was a surprise to me. For the price one can't argue. However I've been waiting over a week to have T-mobile lifted off of an unused, factory sealed Samsung phone. It's not blacklisted, or sim locked for non-payment but only the IMEI is with T-mobile & I want Verizon. This is their site in their own words "TMobile USA Current Unlocking Timeframe: 24-72 hours" they also say "Please note that timeframes quoted are WORKING DAYS, so if your unlock is delayed please give consideration to bank holidays and weekends". So it's not the weekend or a holiday yet I'm still waiting but they never had to wait on my money. Doesn't seem professional nor a cause for this.

Got my phone unlocked successfully. However, it initially said 24 hours for the wait but ended up taking 3 days instead so patience is required and unfortunately that is not something advised up front.

Mobile unlocks is a legitimate company and did unlock my phone but it costs more than you are originally lead to believe. The original price is a fee for a check. Then they asked for another £25 for a network unlock code which I got within the hour. Unfortunately I needed a master unlock code which cost me further £20. Altogether it cost me £55ish and took about 4 days

I needed my phone unlocked from AT&T so I could use it with my new tmobile sim card. Mobileunlocks said give them 3 days - it took 2! Beware the 14.99 fee upfront is not the total. Once you pass the recheck then it's 101.00 more - but worth it vs having to buy a new phone!

Unlocked phone after 40 mins. Bit annoying that what seems like a single fee is then added to. Pricing needs to be clearer

Based on my extensive experience with phone unlocking, this service is truly excellent. Despite an initial estimate of 48 hours, I had to wait a little longer due to network not giving the code however this company requested the code from samsung thats why it took longer. Once i recieved the code it was done deal. Put in new simcard entered the code everything worked fine first time.I highly recommend this service to everyone looking to unlock a phone.
