Bit hesitant at first but going through the motions it was so easy and quick, certainly a brilliant service 😀
I had inherited my daughters iPhone 11 because she treated herself to an upgrade. I am with a different phone provider so needed to unblock her phone from EE so that I could switch in my talk mobile sim. I found the whole process very easy and straightforward. Delighted to have an upgraded phone which would otherwise just have been left sitting in a drawer.

I came on to this website to unlock my phone. Having seen that I could get more money when I sold it. I put that it was a sky mobile and rather than being honest, as I have since found out all sky mobile phones are unlocked, they charged me £26 and didn't state that sky mobiles don't require unlocking

I applied for my phone to be unlocked.
I was approved straight away that the phone was able to be unblocked which was great. I paid the extra £33.
Unfortunately due to O2 my phone took longer than the expected time as they had to go to the phone manufacturer.
However customer services always responded to me with as much update as possible and responded very quickly.

It takes a couple of days, but your phone gets unblocked! I already used my Iphone with an eSIM and it worked! The only thing I would improve is giving a bit more clarity on the first charge, which is only to check if phone id qualified for unblocking. At first I thought I was buying the unblocking. Nevertheless it worked for me, and I don't regret it al all :)
