I would take the very good I will say I was very confused at first because I didn't realise you had to do an eligibility payment then the actual payment I will say they do pre-warn you that it can take up to 24 hours and it did take awhile but I'll give it the do the customer support management came back quite quickly answering my questions

We had a problem with a locked phone and this was perfect solution as could do from home. Clear process and step by step instructions that my son was able to do. Regular updates were provided so we knew what was happening. We are not tech savvy at all and this was very simple and worked quickly and first time. We now have a happy son and a working mobile.
