Used the service to unlock Samsung S8, process was relatively easy to unlock.
Found pricing a bit obscure as I had to pay £11 to check the phone could be unlocked and then £26 to get the unlock codes.
This should be more visible and transparent at the beginning of the process.
I am content with the unlock codes and the speed of the process, but disappointed with the cost.
Will use again if I need to unlock another phone.
