I ordered the unlock on line but I felt a bit apprehensive thinking that it may a been a scam, but totally the opposite. I was kept updated and the phone was unlocked. Totally Professional job, Would certainly recommend this site.

I was directed to MobileUnlocks by BT. Initially the online process was not clear but emails were very quickly responded to by the team. It would be good to perhaps make the timeline clearer ie; if it is a total number of hours or working days required for the process to be completed. However once the unlock codes were sent through the process was quite easy to complete with clear instructions and the phone was unlocked straight away.
I admit I was dubious but had to get phone unlocked so went ahead. Passed eligibility checks then paid for actual unlocking.
Network couldn't help so they went to manufactures themselves, giving me 10 days to completion.
NEXT DAY my code came through and job done.
Notices and updates by email and couldn't be simpler.

Needed an old phone unlocked to be used when out on my mountain bike so that if it gets damaged it doesn't matter. I put my IMEI number and quickly had everything back to start the unlocking process. Within an hour or so I had the unlock code in my emails and the phone was unlocked in an instant. Really happy with the service and a great price, will definitely use again
Had no problem unlocking from EE, took a bit longer then expected but all steps fully explained. I contacted service to double check if everything is okay due to process being stuck on 99% and got answer almost instantly with explanations
This company does not communicate well and overcharges with an incomplete service. I would not use them again.

I stumbled upon this company when I was looking to have my husband's phone unlocked. I was Hesitant at first because I didn't know the company but decided to go ahead and try them. It was an easy process. After paying the necessary cost, it was submitted through for processing. The turnaround timeframe given was 23 days from the old carrier but it was able to be done in just a few days. I would use Mobile unlocks again.
Really pleased with this service. After going into town to find a phone shop and being told that I would have to send the phone away as apple do not allow their products to be unlocked, I searched for other options. This site was the first option I saw on google and saw all the positive reviews so I tried it, and I am very happy I did, within 5 minutes of filling out the form my phone was unlocked, and I am now able to gift my old phone to my mother in law.
