S24ultra **************) 01/06/2025 Status: Refunded back to Cardholder Funds should arrive to your card within 5 working days. BUT A WEEK AND NO MONEY REFUNDDDDD. And now they blocked my LiveSupport on both orders

DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM! I live in Brazil and I am currently unemployed. I used this company, I paid for the unlock code and then they wanted to charge me $50 more to generate the code. This is SO UNFAIR, I took money from my savings, not to mention that the dollar is 6x the currency of Brazill! I tried to get a refund, but they denied it. Life is so hard already, and people do scams to harm others, this is so frustrating. Now I do not have money to do another unlock code. PLEASE LET'S STOP THIS COMPANY FROM HARMING OTHER HONEST PEOPLE, LET`S NOT USE THIS ANYMORE!

Got charged $115.99 for an unlock service. Aftef almost 3 months the status is still "imminent"
I tried to be friendly customer support and all they did was stall and asking me to be patient. It has been over 3 months and nothing. They refuse to refund my money and only allow credit for use for their other services. They are a scam site.
I can't see my simcard manager. I can't receive calls or even call anyone, they only tell me my invalid MMI code, when they call me they say my number is busy yet am not using the phone. Please help me rectify this issue
