Phone is still not unlocked, I'll be putting in for a 100% Refund or I'll stop payment

I have been waiting six days to unlock my phone. I have reported the delay to the email provided and still have not received services.

Easy to use, but a little nervous that this is legitimate. I still do not know if my phone is unlocked or not, the communication is challenging

The initial £9.59 was the investigation chargeable is non refundable whatever the outcome. There was a further charge of £35 for the actual unlock code. This was not clear to me before I paid the initial charge.

I shouldn't have to wait. It would be a lot better for a faster response

Paid the service fees a total of $80 but did not receive the unlock. My order still says its processing and currently 95% complete. I reached out to customer service and they states that the terms of my phone provider will not let them unlock the phone...even though they sent me an email saying that the service could be provided and it's contingent upon me paying the actual unlock fee of $54 of which I paid in full.

First I paid $28 to see if you can unlock it which was great and affordable but then after it tells me that it can be unlocked then I have to pay another $44 to have it unlocked?!? That I don't think is okay and it made me very upset I don't have the money to pay another $44 to get the phone unlocked. Not a happy customer

Your mobile device will never be unlocked I have waited for a week now but I haven't had my phone unlocked

Simple and easy and I'm happy I did it but I did not like the $66 surprise. I thought it was expensive.

I shouldnt have had to pay anything. No contract with att and plus i didnt even purchase this phone through att. Nothing but a money grab...24 dollars then 86 dollars...scam when att will unlock it for free

This whole process is ridiculous. The phone has been locked for a payment of $1.50 from 3 years ago. That was paid today, but then you charged us another $28.00 to unlock the phone. This is also a review of AT&T who locked the phone. Your site also wouldn't take our payment. So we gave up and got a new number.

It was horrible experience. I was quoted 28/-$ for unlock and charged for it.
Later I was asked to pay 66//$ more which was unfair.
The phone price was cheaper than the unlock.

Didn't receive any services whatsoever. Costs have risen to $52. No thanks.

If this works… very easy. I paid $26 and an additional $54. Status progress went from 20% to 95% and phone is still locked. Not very happy.

When you go on the site it tells you $26 to carrier unlock any phone! Not true the $26 is only to check if your phone can be unlocked then you have to pay another $60 to have them unlock it and hopefully it really gets unlocked because 72 hours anything can change!

When my phone gets unlocked a 5 star might be in order. Otherwise a scam that took my $ right?
