Do not use this company they constantly send same email computer generated when you check status I paid $26 then $79 for nothing they do not unlock your phone I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks had to call my bank to get my payment reversed even my bank told me this company was fraudulent save yourself a headache do not use this company
The website states that payment is for -> unlocking <- the phone. After paying, you recieve a message asking for a further £30 to unlock the phone, stating the 1st payment was just for a 'check', The attached image clearly shows that you are expecting the phone to be unlocked after payment.
Fraudulent business - avoid, unless you want to pay a lot, twice to (perhaps) unlock your phone.
Complaint to Trading Standards UK lodged & suggest you do the same if scammed.
It has also been noted that Mobile Unlocked posts fraudulent replies to negative comments on Trustpilot, making false claims about the complainants

Don't waste your money with these scam artists. Promised an unlock code, then said "not available". Ignored multiple emails and refuse a refund. Had to dispute it with my CC. Funny as they had also received a number of complaints re. This business.
Still waiting after 9 days for my unlock also there are hidden charges and additional payments. They respond to emails quickly when you make contact but actions speak louder than words. I needed this unlock to be done quickly and paid over the odds at a initial cost of £11.99 then a further £35.99 I could have crawled up town blind folded and got a quicker better resolution. Avoid this company people its a scam
They charged over 20% for compatibility check and took 3-4 days for result. After I paid fully $60 and then didn't do anything for a month. Eventually they refused the full refund. Although they promised 1/2 refund then they never issued 50% refund. When I called my credit card bank, they almost filed this as a scam right away, which seemed to prove this company did similar scams for lots of customers.
I highly don't recommend their service - very likely scam business!
