I strongly suggest not to use this as for any transaction. They hold your hard earn money to their account and no guaranteed return when you will receive your money back. Never never do any transaction through these app. They have only 1 answer that it was server issue or bank server issue if it's bank server issue how money got debited instantly. And when it's their turn to refund they come with company policy to refund money after 7 to 10 days which is also not guaranteed.

I had a conversation with a girl regarding my payment. You am using the app from 7-8 months and have always made payments on time. This time I forgot to pay and they charged huge amount of late fine. So I was actually waiting for a call from the service so that I can talk about a waiver. When u got the call I could not pick up. The lady name: Natasha Sharma talked without manners and was shouting at me… she made attacks on my personal financial status. She used derogatory language which is not acceptable. Overall not very reliable app in just one month you charge so much late fine n when asked for waiver the customers are treated with disrespect. Very bad and saddening experience.

Even if ur late to pay a week they illegally access your contacts and start calling ur parents,relatives.
Do not install or use its wallet

Goi if u value ur citizen either penalize such companies or ban them in india

This is a very bad company trapping in loan. I had taken a zip loan of Rs. 4000 and got it closed 4 months ago but till now it has not been updated in the CIBIL. My CIBIL went down due to bad services. While i sent him mail lots of time but no response from that side.

Mobikwik ShutDown. Worst Service. I have sent an email regarding My ForeClosed Loan to you and close my loan account and Refund my money which 3 month EMI Overpaid and i am writing daily emails to concern team and department, No Use of Emails. Mobikwik are Cheating and Looting Money from the Public and i kindly request RBI should take action against this and banned the Mobikwik Company. No customer support for any help. Worst customer service. Please don't use this app. It's a perfect well planned scam.

Mobikwik is involved in fraudulent practices. If you use their pay later service, they will debit it from your pay later credit, transaction would remain pending and they will ask to pay for that with processing charge, if you don't pay they will add penalty to your total bill. Never use their application

Worst.I was using their Mobikwik zip facilities last year, Due to my health issues I was unable to repay on time, their recovery agent contacted me for the payment,she gave me offer of Penalty waiver If I made the payment on the same day,I arranged money from someone else and asked her that if the waiver is approved or not,She confirmed and I made the payment of total billing value. But now they are again harrassing me for the balance payment( waived off penalty)+ new penalty. This is ridiculous

You can't just make a repayment of your EMI on the EMI date or before it through any other means. If your NACH mandate is cancelled or you have changed your bank and you want to pay your EMI on its due date or before the due date, you cannot just pay it. You can pay it but you are forced to pay a late payment fees.
Their system is designed in such a way that you cannot just pay the EMI amount.
You are forced to pay the late payment charges, despite knowing the fact that you are not late for the payment.
Worst customer service as they are not trained in customer service but work on behest of their institution.
Still wondering why they not under the radar of RBI.

No refunds are made from MobiKwik, even if you keep raising complaints. Their customer care just makes fun of it customer. It's high time people stop using it and move to some other app, which serves as it says.

They was call my family members, I have no updated,refer any contact with mobikwik and he was speak with very badly, and no any condition from mobikwik, so why call my family members, I am unhappy with service, also I have high penalty pay for this,

For 10 rupees charges MobiKwik added 4181/- penalties.
Third class company with pathetic services and customer service is also below average.
Fraud company!

One of the worst app. I have charged for 7000 rs for fraud transaction, but from mobikwik team they never supported.

Everytime they were sharing random template solution instead of taking action.

Before starting, I'm just asking is there any way to report such pity Fraudulent company/app. Seeing the offer I downloaded Mobikwik app and registered. With Jio (a looting company) it gives an offer that your wallet balance is ₹500. Just add ₹2499 to get recharge. I was quite happy that because of high amount recharge I'm getting wallet balance ₹500. But very next week got a message that you have to pay ₹599 before due date otherwise pay penalty ₹100. Now customers care not responding. One thing that I didn't get that shall wallet balance signifies loan amount?
Really shameful for such fraud business.

Beware of such type of fraud company. I used Mobikwik to pay flight ticket to get discount. Due to covid my flight was got cancel and vendor returned my money to mobikwik but Mobikwik is not returning to my Credit card or wallet. I registered my complaint in mobikwik portal and called customer care many times. And every time I got reply "It will take 7-10 working days". Now it is already passed 1 month so finally I decided to inform everybody about my experience with Mobikwik.
