This is the fraud site ever seen, because I recharged my phone yesterday it withdraw money from my account, (and that was also two times) but doesn't recharged my phone yet. And when I tried to contact their customer care provision they simply say that all agents are busy please visit to our site, this attitude is disgusting.

You can't just make a repayment of your EMI on the EMI date or before it through any other means....
