MobikWik

I had paid to a merchant 7 days ago and that was unsuccessful to merchant but payment received to mobikwik. Amount debited from my account. I have called them 3-4 times they says they have refund but my bank says no refund initiated yet. This scam.

I paid rent through mobwik from my account. My amount has been deducted but not credited to the account. While trying to contact their customer care they are telling to wait patiently.it has been more than 3 days. Very bad response... and my money has been gone... cheating customers

I am using mobikwik wallet from long time now and things i have observed about this wallet is:

Pros:

Good cashbacks
Have tie up with so many websites

Cons:

Pathetic customer service- If you get into some dispute of payment, forget that it will be solved before month
No customer care phone number
Dont use icici netbanking option on this website, for me twice transaction was failed and money was taken from my account. Had to struggle alot to get it back.

I was quite happy that because of high amount recharge I'm getting wallet balance ₹500. But very next week got a message that you have to pay ₹599 before due date otherwise pay penalty ₹100. Now customers care not responding. One thing that I didn't get that

This is a scam app. Do not download this app. Firstly it says you are eligible for an offer of recharge/send money/refer a friend. When you recharged/send money/refer your friend it says you were not eligible for the offer. The customer care representatives pick up calls after 10 minutes and after two or three times try. No proper customer care/help section. I lost a lot of money on this app for misleading offers. Please don't download this app.

I had a highly distressing experience with this company, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. This company not only deceived me but also violated my privacy in a deeply concerning manner.

During the installation of their app, ask for various permissions, including access to my contacts, gallery, and location. Little did I know that these permissions would be used against me in the most alarming way.

Not only did they exploit my contacts to harass my family and friends when I couldn't repay them immediately, but they also took advantage of my personal photos. They edited my pictures without my consent, using them to create defamatory posters, spreading false information about me and labeling me as a fraud.

Such gross misuse of personal information is an absolute violation of privacy and a breach of trust. This company has shown a complete disregard for ethical business practices, exploiting innocent individuals for their own gain.

I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid any interactions. Their actions are not only deceptive but also demonstrate a lack of respect for personal boundaries and privacy.

If you have also fallen victim to the practices, I encourage you to report the incident to the appropriate authorities and take necessary steps to protect your privacy and well-being.

Mobikwik is a fraud company. I have just used Rs.1400 from my wallet and paid that amount immediately but due to Mobikwik, application issues amount was not credited to my wallet. For this reason, Mobikwik penalised me with, Rs.372. When I have raised a concern, they asked me to pay the entire amount with penalty then they can refund penalty amount to my wallet. But now after the payment done, they say that since the total payment is done, there is no outstanding Hence they cannot refund any amount.

Guys, please be aware Mobikwik billing cycle is for every 15 days. This is not mentioned anywhere and their interest rates and penalisation charges are too
HIGH.

I have paid electricity bill through mobikwik app and after getting their message of successfully done. I came to know from mseb site that the bill was not paid even after a week and have to bear the late fees because of their mess and they said to refund the amount in wallet, what a waste and above their offers sucks. Even if you get supercash, one can utilize only 10% of that amount for one transaction done that to above 100. Well i would really suggest everyone to be aware of this fraud app.
