Bought a diablo3 key there and paid with paypal. I received an e-mail telling me that I need to get verified because of fraud with paypal accounts. They have a site where you can enter a phone number and call you. The first time it didn't work because their telephone computer didn't accept the digit I entered. I tried it again and everything worked fine. Got my code 5 minutes after that succesfull call. Happy customer.
Demanded personal information unnecessary to complete transaction, copies of official documents, signature (!), photo(!), and demanded that all of this be sent by email. WTF. Everything an identity thief would need, and totally unsecure. Might not be a criminal scam but they are doing everything they can to look like one.
Quoted 5-15 minutes reply - 5 hours later and £35 out of pocket
Awaiting reply over 12 hours later, not very impressed to say the least.

It's a very good website, they immediately respond to anything (Customer Support) there products and delivery systems are excellent in the end it's a wonderful place to shop and also it's 100% legit overall it's the best.
Asked for verification (including passport details) with regards to ownership of PayPal account for a £ 2 purchase. This is so dodgy, asked for a refund if they still insist on my passport details.
Well this site had come recommended to e and at first i was not sure about it but it turns out to be the best site i bought 600,000 fifa coins for PC i made a mistake with my team name i messed up and there customer support was very helpful and got it sorted for me i will be going here all the time for my fifa coins and any thing Elsa i need from now on!
Really awesome site to purchase fifa coins, the best thing i liked about is the fast delivery of the coins and the easy payment system, and really cheap prices, so hurry up and get some coins to build your ultimate team!
They want you to send all personal details like passport and driving licence copies and photos of yourself holding the passport next to your face! Who asks for such personal details! Rubbish and waste of time!
Utter scam. They tell you nothing about the ID verification before you place your order and even if you pay via paypal they then insist that they want to verify your identity and get you to fill in a pdf form including a photograph of you holding your passport and include a copy of your signature.
I was not happy sending them a copy of my photo ID so they then said they wanted to verify my ID by phone so I got an automated phone call that did not recognise any keys I pressed on the keypad.
The title say it all. They grabbed my payment with paypal, but then they sent me a mail saying that they should verify my order and they needed my ID and my photo before sending the mail with the key that I bought...
What? You first grab my money and then verify my order? And you need my photo and my ID for what?
I've sent an issue to Paypal to block the payment because it seems a scam to me.
Super quick delivery!
The site is very easy the control there is a nice little search box on the right to find whatever you need.
I ordered 200k fifa coins and I got them in like 3 hours, I also bought dead island riptide and before I had the chance to open my mail I already received the key.
I purchased a keycode from them, they asked for ID verification, I was not going to do this as this is why I have a paypal account anyway to protect me. I then checked their help pages and followed their instructions to cancel the order and went to another shop.
2 Hours later they sent me the keycode anyway saying my purchase had now been completed, I told them it was cancelled but they said because I had recieved the email it was now mine and I would get no refund. It has now become a long drawn out dispute and they are still refusing to refund me they suggested I went and sold the key to one of my friends!
This has now been taken up with paypal and MMOGA have said that they will refund me if they sell the keycode to someone else with 0 time limit... I said they have 60 days max or I get the refund anyway.
All this is for £4.50 which they value higher than customer service! Avoid them!
You don't buy things from the website, you buy it from the people who scam you from the other side of the website. Fortunately I had a good experience. I have been waiting for some games on steam to be on sale for a long time. But, when I researched buying it from other sources, MMOGA was the first to appear. Little did I know I stumbled upon a great website. You can usually find games you want for about 75% off the price on steam, provided it's not on sale currently.
The way people sell these games at low prices is simple. They wait for the game to go on sale, they buy a bunch of gift codes of the game, and they sell them at a discounted price to anyone who could not make it to the sale. Simple.
I am extremely unhappy with my MMOGA experience. They have taken my money and given me no game in return. The phone verification is a scam, it told me that the attempt to reach me had failed, I had the phone in my hand and it didn't ring once. So now instead, I'm supposed to print off a verification form, fill it in, scan in back on to the computer (I don't have a scanner) then send it off. This form asks for your passport details and other personal details, which I find strange, considering the game I purchased was under £10, I really don't see why this is neccessary. I have emailed customer services serveral times with absolutely no response. I find this disgusting. Do not buy from this site, it is a scam.
It was a great experience and very secure place to shop at. I recommend this site to all buyers and there sell prices are very great! I compared them to other sites and this site came out on top very great.
Very good site good prices. I bought 100,000 Fifa coins of it recently. They accepted the payment no problem. It says it only should take between 5min to about 4 hours, a day passed and I still hasn't received anything and I was thinking I got scammed :p I emailed the company and almost instantly they reassured me every thing was OK and a couple of hours later I got what I paid for. Overall really good services
Well i have got coins from mmoga 4 times and it all went ok but today i just purchased 3,500,000 coins and i paid by phone credit when i compleated the order thay sent me an email saying thay are being investigated for fraud so they wanted me to do an email verification but the form will download but wont open so that tells me one day thay are ok and another day thay are scammers sort it out mmoga or close you website!
I bought a mule account with 3 million coins after 2 days they finally give me the account information and it has 500 coins instead of 3 milllion absolute $#*! website and $#*! customer service and they are refusing to give me a refund 0/10 avoid this website by all costs!
Well, I was amazed by the price of the product on their site, so I ordered it using PayPal in no time and got the email everyone mentioned. You need to give your ID, your photo with you holding the ID and passport... there is no way in hell I'd send it! So I used the form they sent me to fill in, typed in ONLY the data from my PayPal account and gave my signature, no IDs, no photos, but informed in the email with the attached form, that either they'll process my order or I request an immediate refund. Got the transaction accepted in mere 5 seconds (literally, I didn't even manage to switch browser tabs when I got the email).
So yeah, fight for your privacy.
I ordered from them and paid via paypal and they will not send my order and claim payment not authorized yet paypal confirm they got payment. Will dispute and never order from them again.
Answer: I would NEVER send such personal data. When they asked me I refused and sent then a copy of my PayPal verification email, they immediately sent me a key # for the product I purchased. Unfortunately this key # would not work in my country, all requested for a refund were refused and thankfully I had used PayPal and they issued me a refund. Would not purchase from this site again.
Answer: Yes you will have to buy a new membership or try and get a free trail to get the coins out of your mule account ps store offer a free 14 day one.
