This site is a joke! I bought Guild Wars 2 from them and they sent me an email stating they needed me to verify by filling out a PDF, which also required a hand signature. I emailed them back and told them I do not have a printer or scanner so they reply and say I can just send a photo of my photo id and a picture of my face with the same id. Sounds easy right? It was! Until they replied that my photos were too blurry, I took more, and more and more. I sent 2 different ones of my I. D, 5 of my face with my I. D and got the same reply every time. I requested a refund about 4 times and still got nothing, I ended up having to open a dispute through PayPal. I would rather pay full price for anything digital than get anything at even 1/4 of the price from these guys! Save yourself some stress and time and go to greenmangaming or amazon!
Bought fifa 16 coins over xmas for the gf's son £25 worth but never received, customer support admit coins not sent but yet they email to say they cant resend them! Raised dispute through paypal who say not covered by their buyer protection! Beware scammers!
Paid for Sony network card with Visa, balance credited and never received code as they need to "verify" my identity. Sent numerous emails and didn't even get instruction how to verify myself. Was naïve and didn't research well prior to purchase, don't make same mistake...
I have read all the reviews and fully believe some people have had a bad experience but this is NOT a scam site. They clearly make mistakes but I used it (on my son's request) to buy some FIFA 15 coins and they delivered the 60,000 within 5 minutes. Only cost me a small amount of money so even if it was a scam I was not going to lose any sleep over it. However, clearly isn't and very happy with the service (my son is contemplating buying Van Persie as I sit and write this)! Will use again and, for me, is an excellent service. Thanks...
So, i paid for a product like almost two weeks ago. There was written in the product's description it can last max 48h until it gets delivered. Guess what?... i haven't got that product yet.
Contacted their $#*!ed support team every day, i got the same answer everytime..."we are sorry".
Everyone feels sorry, but noone's doing $#*! about their $#*!ed up services.
Asked for refund, they can't refund the money... they only refund a $#*!ing coupon so you can buy something else from their $#*! store, and wait again for an unknown period of time to get your product, although they wrote in the description it lasts max 48h.
If you'r planning to buy something from their store, you better reconsider... unless you're not in a rush and can wait for forever to get what you paid for. Good luck!

Same for me. I bought a windows licence, paid with my credit card and then they ask me to send them all sorts of personal information. Ridiculous!
They then ask to call me back. I entered my cell phone and house number without any success. They said my phone numbers were invalid!
I finally had to call my credit card to cancel the payment! What a scam. Lost way too much time on this.

They take your money, and then demand that you go through an invasive and extensive verification process taking your contact information and identification papers. Driving Licence, Passport etc.
Unfair practice. Given that after the order, they wanted me to send them my personal photo AND a photo of my ID! And such delicate info I absolutely decline to give. Asked PayPal for a refund, opened a dispute and within 3 hours I got my money back. Fair and square.
I may gave gotten lucky, but I did receive F1 2012. After I did not get the game in 5-10min, I contacted them via chat. They then asked if it was ok to call to verify the account. They called and only asked the email address used for my paypal. After that she hung up and about a minute later I had my key in a pdf that I activated through Steam. I had to do a little work, but I saved some money. I would buy from them again. Your service was good (V)(',,,')(V) And you should feel good!
Their site claims to deliver game keys within 5 mins. We waited a few hours then messaged them since their "live help" was offline. By the following morning we still did not have the game key, but we did have a response saying they were out of stock and to please be patient. No mention of when stock would be in or why they wouldn't list the keys as being out of stock in the first place. Horrible. Had to cancel order and still waiting on refund.
Me and my boyfriend bought 1m fifa coins on a mule account, we were reading the reviews on MMOGA and thought it was terrible but although they took a little longer than expected we got our 1m and a free pack which we are really pleased with.

If you read this, and still spend money with these guys, you deserve what you get. I contacted their tech support and they are clueless. I'm not in IT and I knew more than they did. They kept asking for things that were not relevant to the problem or impossible to provide. BUYER BEWARE.
This is the worst online company ever. They take your money, don't deliver the product and then ask for private information they don't need in order to "verify" you and your information. What a scam that has FRAUD oder all over it. Impossible to work with and all they care about it getting your money. Don't even think about doing business with them.
I brought a sims 3 add-on for £7.93 but i had put in the wrong email address and have been unable to change it i have sent 3 emails and have not had a reply from any of them and it says there live chat support is offline a complete rip off
I bought fifa coins from there three times. If you use paypal they require a verification but then you can request for a phone verification. I've used this site multiple times and it's the only one I use.

Bought over 1 million fifa 15 coins on there. They have failed to deliver and it's now over 24 hours. They however, have been refusing to answer my emails or send my item even though I can see they are online, selling the very item I am yet to receive!
Reported to eBay and will be filing police report - if enough of us do that then we can successfully get these guys shut down or done for fraud - which is what they are doing in the UK
