Yes what a sham from china expensive delivery cost ie £30 then a tax of over£20 to pay or go to jail and the dress is nothing like i ordered

STAY AWAY! I've never been the person to write a bad review. -Ever! On the other hand I've never received such ignorant customer service nor have I received such a terrible looking dress. I ordered my wedding dress here after someone mentioned the website to me. I specifically emailed with the staff making sure it would be tailored properly. And they ensured me that it would come out exactly like I'd asked.

LOL what a joke. The dress was even tailored in a different style than the one that I ordered (in trumpet and not A-line, which I ordered.) My lace was supposed to be Ivory, it came out looking bright white. And extremely cheap. Looks like a table cloth. The lace in the neck is uneven and the dress doesn't fit at all. After emailing the company I received the answer that "I should forget the subtle mistakes they had made and just keep the dress", when replying that I had right to a full refund (after looking at their policy on the website), they responded "the shipping is very expensive, it might not even get here. So you're better off keeping it, since we can't guarantee it will make it back" (which would mean no refund!)

I've been emailing back and forth for 2 months! They still refuse to give me a refund and keep pushing me to keep it even though they are the ones that have made a mistake. I'm pretty sure I will never get my money back, but it sucks to have been treated this way and the fact that I've wasted so much money trusting them. Had to go buy a dress in panic a few weeks before my wedding. Which ending up costing me 3 times as much.

Please do yourself a favor and boycott this business! They don't deserve your time or money! I wish I would report them to some authority and shut them down for good so no one would have to go through what I'm still dealing with.

The dress I had received it was different from the one I ordered. They don't want to give my money back. Very unfair and a big layers.

I ordered a Gorgeous A-line V-neck Ruffles Sleeveless Asymmetrical Chiffon Dress in the colour shown in the picture - blue- and in customised size - measured bust, hollow, measured hips, waist etc as they suggest.
Once they received the money and sent me something which was nothing like the dress they advertised and shown in the picture.
Unfortunately the rag they sent me, it was the wrong colour, cheap quality and most importantly THE WRONG SIZE. Instead of a maxi dress it was up to the know the longest part, subsequently fluffy as a princess dress with cheap quality chiffon-like material, and HORRIBLE.
The worst part was when i contacted their customer care, no matter what i said, they refused to refund. I sent photos wearing the dress and measured the dress re: wrong length so they can compare it to the order i put through, and still they did not want to refund even though clearly their refund "policy" suggests if its the wrong size they would refund.
So disappointed and frustrated

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! AWFUL QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABISMAL!
I am going to be a Bridesmaid for my boyfriends mums wedding this june and we found the royal blue long dresses on this website with the flowers on one shoulder. We loved the dresses and thought they would be perfect for the grecian theme. I am a bridesmaid alongside another girl and we ordered our dresses separately due to convenience not thinking anything of it. The other bridemaid's dress arrived and we were far from happy with it. The flowers were shabby and not at all like the picture and the sizing was terrible. It was miles to big even though she had measured herself and the size 10 matched her measurements. Anyway we waited till my dress had arrived to see if it was any better as mine had been custom made only to find that they had sent completely different dresses. They were made from different materials, the flowers were completely different and the pleats along the front were a lot bigger then my fellow bridesmaid dress. Safe to say we were not happy. So an email was sent to Missy dress to inform them of the issue hoping they could rectify the problem as we had wanted two dresses the same! There response was less than professional and frankly rude and unhelpful. They told us we would have to find a tailor to sort the dresses out ourselves and didn't even begin to explain why the dresses did not match when we had ordered the same ones. We have been left feeling very stressed and let down. With only 2 months left till the wedding it is completely unacceptable and I advise anyone planning to use this website to stay away! They don't have any idea about customer service and now we are left with two odd, oversized and shabbily made dresses.

Otra cosa que me encantó de la web es el servicio, respondieron a todas mis dudas sobre el vestido, y se ofrecieron a ayudarme en todo lo posible, las respuestas siempre rápidas y atentas. En cuanto a mi compra, la calidad es estupenda y el acabado perfecto, es exactamente igual a la foto de la web, no hay variaciones de color ni es de menor calidad para nada. El precio más que razonable, y más teniendo en cuenta lo bien que sienta, sin duda volveré a comprar en la página, y se la recomendaré a todas mis amigas! :)
