Scam! They use misleading pictures. Items are shipping from China, not Canada. Took over a month to receive the product and it looked NOTHING like the pictures on their site. Absolute garbage. No integrity.
First order with this company. I almost always do a review search on companies I have not dealt with. And this instance I did not as I thought it was already vetted by my spouse.
Ordered a little more than a week out before a trip where the product was needed. It took 4 days for them to provide a tracking number. However USPS still does not have the package in their possession. So much for having ordered early.
Reading the reviews, doesn't look like they will welcome a cancellation, or a return.
Lesson learned. Always review past reviews of any new company you deal with.
I'm Anna, I ordered on June 10/ 2021, email five time, always told me on the way, takes 7-10 days or 2-4weeks, now is a month and half, still didn't get it yet, I think they are fraud company, they won't refund to me too, try to let all the people know don't order from them. They are liar.
Can't give no stars. Purchased makeup remover pens and I received nail polish removal pens that are completely empty! Description on the pen says it is a non-toxic scientific formula, you bet it is non- toxic it's EMPTY!
I don't even want to give one star at all. Worst customer service and I've had a rep respond nastily. Missy Blossom just doesn't respond at all. Not even after 4 emails. Don't blame on USPS or holiday either. I waited til after the holidays and before the vaccine USPS priority.

I ordered the shoes on the left, and received the shoes on the right. My friend got the shoes on the left. But NOT from Missy Blossoms. I have a screenshot of what I ordered from Missy Blossoms and it looks EXACTLY like those shoes on the left. That is in case there should be any confusion on what I received versus what I ordered. Missy Blossoms will allow me to send the shoes back, but they will not pay shipping. So in my experience, they have a warehouse full of junk that they pawn off on customers and then we get stuck with it unless we pay to get rid of it. Also, by this point, even if I did send them back, I feel that Missy Blossoms would not honor my refund. My credit card company is involved. I am putting out as many negative reviews as I can. They are incredibly unethical in my experience.
Wished I had noticed this site before ordering and saved myself some agony and frustration. I ordered three pairs of shoes that took almost two months to get here because it came on a slow ship from China. They used the old bait and switch. Their web site looks legit with nice photos of shoes and other products. It's all cheap knockoffs and I mean seriously cheap. I tried to return items but they refused. Said they would exchange them if they sent the wrong thing and to send them a photo. I sent photo showing one pair was the wrong color and the others were the wrong size. One was a size 37 one a 38 and one a 41. They replied no that's what you ordered and basically refused to take them back. So now I'm dealing with my credit card company to recover my money. Their crap is so cheap I'd be embarrassed to even donate them to Goodwill. Someone needs to shut them down.
Finally received order! Not the same shoes I ordered, similar but different! Considering all the reviews I've read, I will not attempt to send back. But I will never order from this company again! Future buyers BEWARE! Pictures below! What I received opposed to what I ordered.
This company has horrible customer service! I wish I had seen this review site before ordering from them. I have emailed them numerous times for information about my order and they have never replied. They sent a tracking order number for my order several weeks ago and USPS has no record of the item or number.
I am so angry at myself. I should have read the previous reviews and the BBB reviews. This company has literally stolen my money. They must be dealt with. I ( like a fool) has ordered three(3) pairs of shoes. Have not receive at all. Got a tracking number that do not exist. I should have known better anytime I had to use PayPal and they have no contact number. I want my money or product NOW
I ordered a pair of ankle high boots for my wife on January 6 and finally got them today, February 27. I got the wrong pair and wrong size. I couldn't get in touch with the company. I think this place is fraudulent. Don't waste your time and money with them. They don't deserve a zero, maybe a negative number and that is being generous.
I ordered a pair of boots over a month ago. I didn't hear anything until a month later when I received tracking information that lead nowhere (website said the tracking number didn't exist). I finally got the boots in the mail and they look nothing like the boots I ordered. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. They have an F on the BBB website, I should have read that before purchasing from this company I know nothing about. Lesson to the wise--read up on companies before purchasing from them, otherwise you end up with a $5 pair of boots for $32 and a month worth of headaches.
In June they sent me the wrong size & color sneaker. Wrote them & told them the item was wrong & they were going to send out the correct order. Now it's February & I can't get customer service to acknowledge me. Worst place I ever dealt with. Now I'm out $25 & still have no shoes. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE...
Do not order from this website you order one item and get a completely different other item. I wouldn't waste my time even trying to contact them they do not email you back at all I have attempted to reach out to them at least 10 different times to get not even one response. I ordered mint blue canvas shoes and I got these blue shoes with different color stripes and a white tip. As far as I can tell this business is based out of Canada but items are shipped from all over the US we need to do whatever we can to get them to stop being able to scam people in the US.
Ordered boots on 10/5 - they gave estimated shipping 2-4 weeks - okay. Mid October I reached out for a tracking number because I haven't received the product. After some back and forth, at the beginning of November they finally apologize and tell me that the carrier lost the package and this rarely ever happens so if I can reconfirm my address they will send another pair. I requested a tracking number because it was going to be 2-4 more weeks for shipping for the second pair. No response. I follow up and ask them to refund my money or produce a tracking number. They respond with the same email that the carrier lost my package in the second week of December - OVER 2 MONTHS since I originally ordered with no response to my refund request. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with, hands down.
Scam. Total scam. What I ordered was quality. What I received was a cheap knock off. It doesn't even look the same. What a joke. At least I laughed and learned my lesson.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes for me and my sister. We received shoes completely different from those we ordered and in wrong sizes. When I contacted Missy Blossoms about that they asked me to send them photos to prove my claim. After that, they asked me to return shoes and then they will decide whether they are in fact defective and if they should send me another pair. They also said that I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RETURN COSTS. I will never order their shoes again and don't recommend to anyone to do so.
Yeah took 2 months to get what looks like shoes made for a doll. They are missing alot of the detail work and look nothing like the picture. The worst part is they barely fit but they are so uncomfortable and cheap that I literally cant bear to take one step in them. They are lined with cheap grocery bag material and they sewed the sole directly to the felt or whatever the upper material is made of and they is literally no cushion of any kind between the gard plastic sole and your foot. Feels like barbie clothes almost. I mean wow. Ive necer seen anything like this. Payless is like high end conapred to these. I dont know what to say. I sent their chat peopke a message and pics lets see what happens.
They don't give any delivery information. There's no one to speak with. They don't answer their emails. Even the BBB don't feel their worth the effort.
It took forever to get my order. The material is junk and everything came in the wrong size. Buyer Beware!
