I received my order after i made few calls to the company, The order was 3 weeks delayed.The quality of the fabric is really bad, I wouldn't recommend this sight to anybody else.
I place my ordered Rudraksh Pendent on 1st Sep. And I requested to them to delivery on 8th Sep because 9th Sep i want to give as Birthday gift to someone. They promised me they will delivery on time. Strat from 7th i was try to reached them no one was replying my message and till 9th Sep. One person reply me on 12th Sep and giving me the reason that there was a 3 days holidays in Mumbai, seriously like joke. After that he gives me another reason that there was a courier issue, I really don't understand that if you guys cannot delivery on time after promise at lease you should inform me so i can arrange from somewhere else. Really unacceptable very disappoint. Never will order again and never recommend to anyone.

I don't really want to give that one star, I gave it bcz it is not allowing me with out it. They just started their company to cheat customers. The products are cheap. The images what they show is totally differ from what we receive. They don't even care about reviews and customers. They don't even reply to calls & texts. MIRRAW EVEN THOUGH U DONT DELIVER QUALITY GOODS ATLEAST GIVE EXPLAINATION. You can't go long with this.
I am from Canada, says shipping is free once you get the product has to pay a fee for DHL as well for delivery, product is horrible, very low quality materials, its a scam, not recommended at all

After spending over $500 on this site, I have had the worst experience with this company!
I made my order on Oct 17th. However, it is now Nov 7th and I STILL HAVE NOT received the complete order. Currently, the order status on their site shows that my order is completed! How? I have five sarees still not shipped!
No efficiency in distribution or shipment! Two of my items were in stitching for over two weeks and has held up my order this long! I needed to ask them several times to partial the items! They took three weeks and still hadn't shipped anything! They sent the partial order but kept the most expensive items! I have sent many emails and made several calls to the Indian customer service number and the response EVERY TIME is "Please be patient, we are working on this", without a followup or actual change in the items being shipped. I asked for shipment tracking for over a week and their response is that we are on holiday and we will return and respond. That was two days ago! No response.
Also, the US Customer service number does NOT work. They have no one answering the calls on that number and it gives the "number is switched off" message all day and all night long.
Several of the "free" items were of a very low quality from the site. The "silk" is very thin and not worth even $10! Now, I am expected to pay return shipping in order to get my money back! What a waste!
The patronization and run around that the customer service gave me makes this company one that I will never use again!

The saree material is not fully silk. It is very light and the color in the picture is different. The actual color of saree that I received is a variant of yellow. Good for puja occasions
The blouse is stitch perfect but the saree was stitch very very poor there were raw edges left and the slip wasn't sent with the product, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this product.
I had given specific measurements and it wasn't done correctly
The sleeves have no lining in them. In the picture it shows lining. Now I need to pay more to get it done
Overall the dress is awesome. The blouse is larger than the size ordered. But that is managable. Good dress. As shown in the display. Exactly have received it.
Mirraw has quality fabric, they have all types of fabric. Multiple varieties of clothes for kids, men and women. Also they have offer and cashback for every buying.
Only the thing I don't like is the pant size is not that I expected I order XL size suit and qameez came the good size and pant size was kind of small I had to use some other pants I can't use the pant I gat from you people
The dupatta is amazing however the quality of the actual dress is a bit of a let down. The actual design is good. I didnt realise the sizing are on the small side either!
I ordered tis product on 7th of august, and got it delivered by 16th of august. Processing was very fast. I liked this product very much, stitching, stuff and color is awesome. Keep up the good work.
