I have placed the order eleven days back, but till date the item is not dispatched. The site is showing that the expected delivery date is 21st August which is already over. No intimation about status of my order till date (25th August). It is ridiculous that I am getting mails for feedback of the item i bought whereas the item is yet to be dispatched. Horrible experience.
I ordered a semi stitched dress a few weeks ago. I got delivered quickly. I had to pay customs. It was not mentioned when I placed the order, but I kind of expected it. I received an e-mail telling me that the product have passed the QUALITY CONTROL.
When I opened my package, I really was surprised to receive a dress with a missing sleeve! I then contacted the customer service. They refused to understand. After countless e-mails and calls, they finally agreed to give me a refund, but I have to send back the product and pay the shipping and customs!
So the price of the dress was 50euros, I paid 10 euros for the shipping fees and 36euros for customs. Now I have to send the product back and pay god know how much for the shipping and the customs again for them to refund me!
So I will lose more than 80euros just because I made the mistake to trust mirraw!
I won't ever order on this website, and you should not either!
Here are pictures of what I ordered and what I received. You can easily see on the picture that one sleeve is missing, but still, the person I talked with refused to admit it!
I got a partial refund from Mirraw. They have "lost" proof on their side that I paid the $15 for stitching, petticoat and fall. Interesting, since it is under the exact same invoice number. I have proof of payment of the $15 and emailed it to Afrin Khan. While I was on the phone with Mirraw, the man said if I paid the $15 he would email me the measurement form. My husband received the request for payment of $15 while I was on the phone and approved it. We never got a measurement form. I have proof on my end that I paid the full amount, including the $15... I sent copies of the proof PayPal sent us.
The phone number that PayPal has for Mirraw is no longer in service.
I will never ever do business with this company again. I wish I would have seen this site before I had ordered. I know it might seem like "only $15" to some people, but if Mirraw does this to more customers than myself... through a faulty webpage or whatever, they are stealing a lot of money.
Don't do business with Mirraw.
On the site, there are drop down menus that walk you through the measurements, adding the petticoats and falls at $1 each ($3 per saree). These prices do not show up on the order and the measurements don't. I called customer service and was told I would receive an email with instructions on how to submit my measurements if I would go ahead and approve the $15 charge (I did this, it is what I was expecting to be charged). The charge came out really fast. I was told i would get the email within 30 minutes. I didn't get the email. I called back and honestly could not understand what the man was saying. I mean I kept trying to understand his accent. (ordering authentic clothing I really don't want to hear an American voice.) I told him I wanted to be able to instruct on the sleeve length and was waiting for the measurement form to be emailed.
Two of the three times I called they wanted to make sure I did the customer service survey at the end. The first two times I gave a good review, the third time I just hung up.
I came on here, saw the email address that was being given out to others complaining, so I sent an email. I got an email that that message had been waste listed (spam?) and I had to click on a link to make sure the next email I sent to this address would go straight through. I went ahead and did that, and had to basically sign up for a service called Boxbe. I tried to call to cancel my order (I have 24 hours to cancel my order that has not been shipped, according to the site) There is nowhere on the website to cancel, it says to call customer service. Well, it is 4am there and I didn't get a human (understandable)... my concern now is that I wake up in time tomorrow to call within the 24 hour time frame to cancel my order. I have seen so many complaints about people not being allowed to cancel their order. It was after I had placed my order that I watched a video on YouTube that discussed the exact same issues I am having (she was inputting one set of measurements and her order form was showing another, she tried to cancel and was told she couldn't. She got the order in and the quality of the fabrics were poor and her sizes were off)
I would much rather cancel now. The amount of hassle I have had just trying to input my size and sleeve specifications has made me very uneasy with this order.
I am placing this here so that there is public proof that I want to cancel order number M477404334 and get a full refund, including the $15 charge I paid after I placed the order. The total amount of refund I want is, $126.65.
I have emailed afrin.khan@mirraw.com I do not want to work with anyone, I already tried to work with Mirraw. I would just like my refund. I am requesting the refund before the 24 hour window. They might need someone to fix the glitches on their website so that the drop down menus work for placing sizes. For the prices I was paying, I was willing to know they were not going to be the best fabric in the world. I am not willing to get a blind order that I was not able to input my measurements on. It would cost me too much money to get tailored and I do not want to pay the cost of returning poorly fitted items. (I would have to pay for returns according to their site) I would much rather just cancel now, within the 24 hour period, before my order has been shipped.

I have proof that Mirraw is reading these reviews and answering them better than they do their phone calls or emails.
I got a phone call from the female who gives her email address out to complainers on here. She got my number from my order. I thought that she was calling me based on my email. Went through my complaint, she told me she understood and offered to take my measurements over the phone and do everything through her. I told her I would rather have the refund since I have 24 hours to cancel, it was now very close to 24 hours. She told me I would have my refund within 48 hours. I wanted to confirm the full amount, she didn't see the $15 charge. She told me she would find it and refund me. She asked me to take this review down. I told her I would take the review down once I got my refund. She said she understood. I figure with labor day weekend, it may take longer to refund... but I do want my refund.
Well, today I got an email response from her in response to the email I had sent. 3 days after I had sent it. So, she was calling me based on this review, not based on the email I had sent her. If you need a refund from this company, don't waste your 24 hours trying to call or send an email. Post here. They read these and respond.
The sarees I ordered looked great on-line, Bollywood style and fashion. But when I received it, it was very bad quality, cheap chiffon. I was very disappointed, never ordering from here again!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MIRRAW. I spent £200 and purchased 2 wedding lehengas, both were described as silk, both described as embroidered. Neither was embroidered. Both poor quality printed fabric. Neither blouse was as depicted in the photograph. One skirt was of such poor quality silk that they have ironed stiffening to the back. The other silk is more like 95% polyester (and I have a diploma in textiles) and the pattern is not even similar to that in the photograph.
I literally cried when I received the material. It was such a disappointment. After reading the reviews, I did not think there was a use in sending it back because their customer services were useless (when trying to arrange for them to send and charge me for a second set of blouse material - they rarely replied to emails and sent the material without acknowledging my request). I realised that if it was sent back I probably would not get my money back.
I bought one lehenga from Sareeka however and their customer service was amazing. I was reticent after reading their reviews, but they have amazing staff in their customer services now (March 2017). They arranged for a second blouse and sent me a payment request through Paypal. They were just awesome, so I have ordered more through them since.

Good product good quality would recommend to friends and family but I think it expensive in the website rather buy in a buy in the store but no chance of visiting India till nx year would only buy if offers and occasions like eid and Diwali Navrati

I order 1 nehru jacket and 1 mirror work saree and before i orderd i ask abt return if damage item they said i get return free shipping lable but after i receive my order saree was damage all mirror work was falling down and nehur jacket color was totally diffrent than the pic they are showing. And when i call for return now they r telling order to return i have to pay shipping from my pocket which is cost me more than my total. So i would suggest dont ever buy form mirraw at all. They are sucks. In hindi bohoti gatiya qulity.

Surprisingly met the expected delivery date - sooner than expected. Received kurta that was decently made, slightly darker than expected from website photos, but acceptable.
I ordered Anarkalli styled. What I get is 180 deg opposite on the picture shown. My shawl is different, my sleves with 2 different colours. And they are not responding well. Their service is so bad.
This is a fake... site every product send by them is wrost so they get money and never return, Fake I AM WAITNING A LONG TIME FOR MY REFUND, YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T SEND ALL THE ORDER. It was my first experience to shop with Mirraw and it turned up the worst site i have ever done shopping. I will never ever suggest any of my friends and family to shop from mirrow. If there would be rating of zero star, i would have given that. WORST SHOPPING SITE EVER.!
Great looking lengha. Material was great quality. Was very happy with all 3 of the lenghas I ordered. Just the dupatta's could have been better material but that is an easy fix.
This lahanga was not stitched as it shown on the picture. Blouse fit good, lehnga was quite bit long. Material was great and beautiful.
Over all price wise it is great purchase
I bought 4 saree's in December. Got them on 22nd December. Quality was pathetic and none of the blouses fit to the size. Stitching was awful. I complained to Mirraw and they offered me a 20% discount. However, Last Friday I was going to the temple and wanted to wear one of the saree's. I realised it was only 4 meters and did not fit at all. I wrote to Mirraw and got a reply that it is over a month and they will not do anything. I paid $50 AUD for that sarees and I cant even where it now. This is a rip off and fooliing customers with faulty items. And when use ask to return the items, they ask to pay postage even though it is their fault.

The stiching fits me almost perfectly. I may have to have it let out just a bit so I can dance better. The fabric and embroidering is gorgeous and I love the color!
The dress was very close to the picture. The blouse stitching was a little different and some mirror pieces were missing from the lehenga. Apart from this I am happy with the product.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
