Real bad quality product. They cheat you using glitzy photography of the sub standard quality product. Never ever will buy from this site and caution others to spend any dime on this site!
The stitching was good it was my size but I did not like the material of pink kameez its bit light in colour.in pic it is very different its beautiful compared to reality.
This is the third dress I have had from your company very pleased with all of them, this would have scored top marks too but the cotton was fairly thin but good enough!
Love this dress but there are nasty stains all over the dress. I am so disappointed, don't even know how to get those stains out or if I can use it at all.

I love this product the only thing I have complain is size guides, I wear small size bust 34 waist 27 and hip 36 the dress I ordered size 30 which is smallest size then bust fitted perfectly but waist and hip are to big so I recommend you custom made will be more satisfie, overall it is good.
You guys exceed my expectations, although I was told that buy one get 2 or 3 free but I only got the 2 that I've ordered which I am very satisfied with by the way and I also got I think £7+ back overall well done.

Ordered a Deepika Padukone modelled Georgette sari from Dubai
It boasted of Mirror work, & what looked like chikankari on the pallu. Paid 65 USD for it. Not worth it!
What I received was a sari which was mostly net. Mirror work was actually just flat silver sequinces stuck with glue, chikankari was some cheap lace to give the effect. Quality of the petticoat & blouse piece was cheap too
What is more frustrating is that, the cost of returning the sari is more than its worth, so looks like I am stuck with my unwanted one-time mistake
Never again Mirraw. Please stop fleecing the customer, especially the overseas customers, you just know they will not get back to you

I booked the Salwar Suit product from mirraw.com on 27 Jun 2016. Within a week i received the product and pay Rs. 1298 (1249 product price + 49 Shipping charge). After open the product it was incomplete & i returned the product and informed Mirraw team in call as well email. Mirraw received the return product. When i asked for refund he/she always say we initiated the refund (July 09 2016) & it's refund within 7-8 working days. But didn't received the refund. Again i called customer care & ask but he/she said it will take 24-48 hrs. & i received the email from mirraw like this "We request you to kindly allow us 24 - 48 hours we will send you refund acknowledgement once the refund is processed." But didn't receive refund.
Again i call & ask again he/she said it's take time & will refund 3-5 working days. But still i didn't receive the refund.
All the support team & member are fraud. Mirraw company is totally fraud. I read lots of complain on internet. Please advice. How this type of fraud company increase their business but no action.
I really love my experience with the Mirraw team. Everything was just a smooth sail. From email correspondence to the beautiful dress arriving early!

They are money stealers. Ordered something and haven't received and they don't even answer the calls or respond to emails. There is a computerized message that they send.

I have placed numerous orders in the month of may& June due to weddings I was invited to last minute and they delivered all of them on time, I got one of my outfits a day before the event, I was shocked as I had placed this order very last minute and was not expecting it to arrive on time but it did, I would definitely recommend them, very happy with the service!
