Very satisfactory with quality and received it in quite reasonable time expected. Size also was perfect except lenght a bit too long. I'll manage with the length though. Thanks a lot for everything.

Some issues delivering?
"XpressBees" delivery used(see pic attached below with 1.2/5 stars review history).
Ok - they said they "tried" delivering 3 times.
Uh huh.
MEANWHILE - intended recipient never got package. Her front desk person never received or got anything.
XpressBees reviews are abysmally low. People talking about packages that are kept and never delivered.
Uh huh.
Tried a twice to complain to mirraw. "A decision will be reached on your case in 5 days". Uh huh. 11 days later, I emailed them to see what was up?
Nothing.
Second complaint - mirraw emailed me a receipt with an "X" signature(not the signature of my intended recipient or her front desk) stating package was received.
Figure it out mirraw! The courier kept the package!
Now, on my next trip over, I have to keep my eyes open for a beautifully dressed XpressBees delivery person among all the others! THATS MY SARI!
Thanks mirraw - obviously a delivery issue. No word from them on acceptance of responsibility. No offer to replace.

NOWHERE DOES IT INFORM YOU OF ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

After waiting a mth for my order. Sending several msg i received my order. Saree with beads half of them fell off. Salwa kamees stiched only shoulders. Hanging like a cape. Lineing sent separate. No pants. I will never recommend this place. I don't want any one to endure this... CLOSE THIS BUSINESS DOWN. FALSE ADVERTISING!
Very bad customer support. After paying money they don't reply to your mail and they always misguide you. With my personnel experience i don't recommend this website at all for online shopping.
This is absolutely a fraud and cheat company. DON'T EVER BUY PRODUCT from this website. I just want to mention some fraud employees name who are really trained about how to constantly lie with the customers. This kurti very nice good quality but size was a bit smaller i think these ready made clothes we should order a size big there is no room to make it larger either. But over all satisfied.

I ordered a dress, It was delivered in time but right in front one embroidery decor was overlapped with other one, also the other belt design which was supposed to be on the waist is too high, front neck cut is higher than back (reversed than usually done in most dresses), Because of the above mentioned defects dress looks ugly and not able to wear. As shown in picture 1 and 2 there should be a gap of 2-3 inched between the belt like design and neck line decor. I contacted more than 10 times but their standard emails with no specifics. My dress is shorted two inched than i requested but they showed old measurements in their favor., not the one they one they confirmed with me final. It is frustrating and waste of time to deal with their customer service. I will never recommend anyone this company. I emailed (n=10) to N. Shankar, Ms. Pratibha and talked to two different agents in India about my complains.

Overall I'm happy with the order. Only drawback was in the stitching. The right sleeve is about an inch longer than the left! Not sure how this happened :)
My order looked just as how it was advertised. The quality was better than I expected. I am a very happy customer. I will not hesitate to recommend Mirraw.
They are a joke, we ordered once on the site and somehow I get charged twice. On top of that, the invoice amount doesn't match the credit card charge. I will dispute both if this doesn't get fixed. I will also send the website to the FTC for investigation.

Purchased this lehenga for my teen daughter. Lehenga's fabric, embroidery and overall quality were awesome. Really happy with the purchase, and she loved it too, which for a 15 year old says a lot!
Bought 2 items and was told I will receive by 15/04/2016 but that's not happening anymore. Package will be delivered after 15the April.
Don't know if I will get both products.
Very scary, beware!
I was just checking some suits from the website and added some items to the cart just to check the total.It placed my order right away without confirming my phone number or mail id.
This is not how an e commerce website should be working.
Unfortunately I had given my home address correctly but luckily I chose COD option.
As soon as I realized my order had been accidentally placed I called the customer service and cancelled the order. They sent me a mail confirming my cancellation.
After a week I hear from my mother that a package has come, they have made the payment and accepted the package.
Mirraw is just trying to get money out of you. They are very very unprofessional, very bad website and totally unethical people.
Now, I've to ask my parents who are very aged to take all the hassles of returning just to get my money back. I live in US and my parents are in India. I don't even the quality of the products but I am pretty sure that its going to very poor and unlike the photos they have shown.
Everyone is offering free returns and now I've to not only give my back details to them which I do not find comfortable, have to go through all the hassles of returning, keeping track of the return package.
I've attached the copies of mails just to make everyone aware of kind of the people they are.
Please never ever buy anything from here. I'd never shop from here ever in my life.It is just a waste of your hard earned money and your time.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
