Needless to say about the product quality, It's been more than a month since they claim they have initiated my refund, they still say the payment is in process. For the emails, they keep apologizing which they stop after sometime. NEVER EVER THINK OF BUYING STUFFS FROM THEM.

I have ordered 5 products on June 10th, the order was in quality check process for several days, after around 15 days I got a mail regarding quality check one of the items in the order has failed the quality check and asked me to provide the replacement product Id for the product, I have immediately replied the mail providing the replacement product Id around the same price range, on June 28th got mail saying there is a price difference between the products and told to provide the id within the range. But they have increased the replaced product price to almost double, I have waited for 20 days just to hear back to replace the product, order status is still in replacement pending. I had a bad experience with the service and I am not able to cancel the order also.
Beautifull, looks like on the picture, Some chains were loose, I had to fix them, but its for me no problem, I used to make jewelry... BIG admiration to people, who make this jevelry. Jevelry was good price, but DHL took more money for customs services, than the price of jevelry. So I wished it didnt com via DHL.
I live in North America and I ordered 2 dresses online. I already paid 1for the dresses including shipping but when it reached here DHL charged 45 CAD from me to deliver it and this was told to me earlier. I am sorry to say that I am not at all happy and will not recommend it to anyone.

I'm really sorry to say I share a surname with the fraudsters who founded Mirraw.com. Google Anup Nair and Shailesh Jain and contact them directly. If you've experienced Mirraw fraud, sign the petition and help to take away Mirraw's licence to operate on the Apple App store, on Paypal and on Facebook. When Mirraw.com gets away with fraud, it gives people a reason to believe that all Indians (not just Anup Nair and Shailesh Jain) are corrupt and dodgy. Don't let Mirraw.com kill the creativity and innovation which is the true spirit behind the Indian retail and design industry.
I had very very very highly highly terrible experience with Mirraw. Their service is extremely poor. They dont know how to talk to customers. I had to follow up for my refund like ages! Everyday i will call and I will be assured that, they will update me within 24 hrs, its like for the same issue, the resolution time is 24 hrs on my daily call but no updates! They just keep on generating the automated emails with no clue to the real issue. I can say BEWARE OF MIRRAW! VERY VERY PATHETIC!

Order Id: M******* I ordered a kurta, pyjama, mala and mojdi order from them on 26th April 2024. At the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was 12th May. This order was for a groom who is getting married on 16th May. I had 3 days as a contingency because I know orders can sometimes get delayed by a day or two. When I did not receive order by 12th, I called the customer care team who told me that the order was not even dispatched. I told them to cancel the order and provide refund cause this is wedding attire. It has absolutely no use to us if not arrived on time. Later, their support representative, Shubham Patel sent confirmation that order will be cancelled. Next day, another representative sent me email saying order is being dispatched in 24-48 hours. Since then, I have sent number of emails to this team stating that I dont want this order and that it should be cancelled and my money should be refunded. I have had zero response. Instead their system is sending me emails saying i havent replied to their ticket in 24 hours. Even if the items arrive now, they will arrive after the wedding is over. I need to spend additional efforts and money to return it. Mirraw is a horrible company. Do NOT even buy from them. The customer support is a JOKE! I will be logging complaint in BBB to make sure their US business suffers. This whole ordeal has caused a lot of frustration to me and my family as we do not have any outlets locally to buy wedding attire. This team and company ruined a beautiful wedding with their unprofessional behavior!

I placed order over 2 months ago and then I have to call them 20 times to get updates, finally I was told my product cannot be delivered, I asked for a refund and was told would be done in 10 days, well its over 6 weeks now and still waiting on refund and now they don't even reply to my email. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD, don't place your order there EVER
Their quality sucks. I bought 5 sarees on total and the quality was very bad those sarees werent as they stated and it didnt look like in the picture at all. I ordered from mirraw long time ago and I didnt like the products so i sent it to mirraw via USPS and now its been almost two months they wouldnt refund me for it. I asked them to refund the money and also sent a proof of document however they still tell me they cannot track it and they wont give me my money back. I had a horrible experience and i wish no one would buy from them. They had very bad quality clothes and they donot even return their money the products.
These necklaces are Absolutely beautiful. We are using them as gifts for our bridesmaids, they are going to look great! We're very happy with the quality and price of these.
I have purchased few sari's and jewleray, all product quality is poor. They send me damage sari, incorrect blouse sizes and peticots incorrect qty. I called their customer service and they pass along the msg to support team and also told me to send them email as well.
I had sent many email and made many phone calls but the rep says oh no one available so you will get a call back so this is been going on over 1 month and they did not retun my money back or told me they can not take any product back.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. We made the order of over £100.00 over a month ago and requested cancellation. No response received after numerous conversations and phone calls. It has been a month and I am receiving the same copy and pasted email from Khinjal Dhokia who is an absolute Joke! The latest joke of an email I have received is that the order is in process and will be despatched in the next few days. Although I am asking for a refund. They have spoken to their "Kalik" whatever that is. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
They take the order and give excuses that the material didnt pass the quality. Delay it for weeks if not months and the say that they will refund BUT they dont. When you call, their people for full of $#*!. I had to finally call my credit card company and dispute the charge. DONT WASTE MONEY. They are FRAUD.
This Company has very bad customer services, I had bought once and quality was bad and silly me tried again. This time the Sari actually had holes in it... I had written before delivery to ensure the quality should be good... this is what they wrote back...

All though it took a little longer for the items to be shipped, I am extremely satisfied with the products. The jewelry is beautiful and the sarees were exactly as shown in the picture.
Product was as described. A little long for me but no option to shorten. Well made. Beading was exquisite. Is lined nicely. I did feel the outer layer was a little big. Overall pleased.
Very bad customer service cloths are bad quality. They missed my item did not send me money back I sent numerous letters to the customer service no response. Do not buy from this site

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
