Ordered a set (sari & blouse) - only one thing of 2 was delivered. Have reported the issue several times via email & phone … was ignored & never resolved after several weeks now
I bought a suit from their website on the 23 Aug 2020 and wanted to return it as it wasn't what I expected it to be. I returned it on 27th Aug 2020. After that I am continuously following up on my refund. Then on the 3rd of Sep 2020, they mailed and messaged me that the vendor has received the order and your refund process has been initiated. You will receive the refund within 5-7days. It's been 7 days since then I still haven't received my refund. They blindly just mail the same copy pasted msg again and again without actually reading what the customer has written in the mail. Totally disgusted and disappointed in Mirraw's customer service and customer policy.
Hi All.
I have made an order of Salwar suit and kids lehenga on Aug3rd. It took 2 months to deliver an order to USA. I received on Sep 26th. TO my utter disappointment the material is very bad for both the orders. The stitching is very poorly made. I should have donated my money instead of ordering in Mirraw. Never again and I truly advice please do not get tempted with nice pictures. They look very off when you receive the actual product. They say georgette and I receive some other material. And another joke is that there is no pallu oro dhupatta with my suit. Instead I got some unstitched left over piece of the material. No exaggeration but its a fact.
Very Very bad customer service. Please dont get fooled with the nice pictures and prices. They have such poor material and hence those prices. I get all bad words but just keeping myself contained.

Before even getting the items got stitched I asked them to cancel the order... It's been more than a week and still no action is taken... It's a big time waste to keep emailing and calling them asking to cancel the order. Worst customer support.
THEY THEMSELVES TOOK THE DECISION OF GOING AHEAD WITH ITEMS GETTING STITCHED WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER SO THAT THE CUSTOMER CAN NO MORE ASK FOR CANCELLATION.
Easy purchase! No problem ordering. The only drawback was the delivery. It was due to arrive on March 31st but arrived on Tuesday, April 5th. Not too much of a delay. Well worth the wait though.

I didn't want to give any stars but to write a review i had no choice. I just received my 8 sarees and none of them are wearable. The sarees are so short they fall above my ankles and the palu is so short its not wearable at all. Its a total farce and a con the material is stated as georgette, but when I compared them to my georgette sarees mirraw's material feels and looks very different. I can still work with the bad quality of material but how do you wear a saree that falls to your ankles and the palu comes to your low back. I have connected with someone and am waiting for a response. I will definitely be contacting the better business bureau and my bank to open a fraud case to receive my refund if they do not provide a refund or a solution from their end. Do not buy anything from this website, their sarees are a scam. I am uploading a picture for you to see the exactly how short the saree is. I will post another review after they respond along with my actions, so anyone else in the same situation can find some solace. Definitely will be vlogging about this on Instagram. Let the people see exactly what mirraw sent me.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
