Sizes are not standard. I ordered 6 dresses in size 42 and all except one turned out to be size 38 and one also in size 36. With the size tag saying 42.
The one that was the correct size is ill fitting:(
I wonder if Mirraw would. Replace. With the correct sizes.
First this company claims to be in the USA it is not! We ordered two outfits decided on a different two outfits for our daughters called and asked to exchange it as the order had not left the warehouse. The first claimed they would do it so we ordered the other outfits so and told them just return the money for the first order. They decided to send the first order then refused to refund the money claiming we had to cancel in 24 hours. I will never order from this company again.

I order shawir suit but it came without hands or neck. It was just a sack. And returning back is impossible. How can you pay more for returning than what you paid for the product. I hate mirraw now. Pls don't but from them. I gave 1 star because there is no 0 star but normal it was just 0

As for the product I did not like the quality of one of the product, as it was different from the design.
The second one was good.

The product was as same as shown on the site. I liked the color and combination of the saree. I'm extremely happy too. Thank you Mirraw for sending the details and tracking number too. It was easy to know where my package was and the price was satisfied too
I was planning to buy a lehenga, but looking at all the reviews, I decided not to. There are many scam online companies who advertise products in a very trustable manner, but after you pay for any service they do not response. This is very typical of a scam/fishing company. This trick of money making works for them, because there is no overseeing policy/body to control such activities online in those part of the world. I will try to report this website as a scam.
Save your money! I was sent a product that I did not order. When I tried to return it, I was told a manager would get back to me. No one did. Instead, I received offers for a discount on my next product.
This was the first time that I've purchased from this company and I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of product that I received. I will definitely purchase with them again in the future, and can only hope that their level of service remains consistent.
I did not know that you put pearl because i thought it was embroidery. I like colour and it was my size. Although it was an inch longer so i have to find a tailor to adjust it for me. The dress was also heavy. I love it
I placed an order for two jewelry sets on June 11th. Per the website it should take 12-15 business days, I am still waiting for the products. Every time I email them they say they are communicating with the dispatch team. I am extremely disappointed!

I had to change one of my outfits because they didnt have it in stock and asked me to pay the difference... no thought of we messed up we can let the £10 difference go but its my wedding so i paid
2 weeks go by i email them and they just tell me what the tracking order says
Why bother
Everything was very well made, vibrant, and we'll designed. I would say the only issue is the shirt was a little big in the torso and small in the arms making it difficult to fix for a tailor. Otherwise it is great.
There is a tear on the dupatta. The good is delivered on time but did not go through quality check. I still have some orders that will be delivered soon. If the quality is equally bad, I will not recommend this site.
Don't try to return the poor quality items which you received. They pick-up the item leaving you waiting for your money for indefinite time. Neither you get the item nor your refund. They are the big cheaters eating people's hard earned money
