I bought Indian jewellery after a friend bought from here. But mine was poorley packaged and the quality was totally different to her's.
Prices are bit lower than other sites but not enough for the uncertainty in quality. I will not be shopping.
The saree that I received was exactly as shown on the website and it is beautiful. I am very happy with the service that has been provided in a timely manner and the product is exactly as shown. After I received this saree, I proceeded to order three more sarees from the website. Very pleased! Keep up the good work!
Had terrible service from Mirraw, outfit poor quality; took me numerous emails and telephone calls to get my order. Terrible customer services. And now 1 year on i keep receiving promotion emails which I have unscribied from about 20 times, I get emails from mirraw marketing team apologing telling me I will be removed, week later received another 5 emails in 1 day. Company is the most unprofessional company I have ever known. I don't know how to stop harassing customers
Wow this dress and jewelry is so lovely. The work on it is great and fabric good. The dress with matching hijab and jewelry was very reasonable. The items are for my Nikkah. I was scared I would not find something suitable for the mosque and have it be pretty too, well I did. Although my son told me I looked like the Pope Well what do young guys know about dresses or what sons see their moms as queens. I love it Thank you
The fabric is some what nice but after the stitching does not look like the picture at all. It looks sub standard not worth getting it to Canada and would not have bought it at all if I knew the resultant effect.

Worth the wait! Can not match the price and the fabric is nice. The pants are useless. I have very slim ankles and even I could not get them on. Other than that one small detail, items are lovely and I will enjoy them.
I had ordered a 5 string Ruby necklace set and a Pearl necklace set.
Positives:
* The products were of excellent quality and finish
* Classy look and rich feel.
* 5 star for it.
Negatives:
* One of the earrings from the Ruby necklace set had shorter needle compared to the other earring. There is a risk of it falling off from the ear.
* The packaging needs to be improved a lot, instead of using simple plastic covers. It does not suit the necklace sets.
The fit was very well although it is a little long. I thought I changed the length to 58" but maybe I didn't as it is still quite long. Other than that I am very pleased with the fit, look and quality. Thank you.
Do not ever make the mistake to purchase anything from MIRRAW. THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY. I placed an order, paid additional for custom stitching. Clothes were stitched smaller than measurements I had given, therefore completely useless to me. They did not refund my money nor offered to correct their mistake. They only offered partial credit. But no refund ever showed up on my credit card. Customer Service is nil.

Mirraw does not have a return and refund policy. Bought a few items and the quality is terrible will never buy again. They asked me to take photos of the items and send to them but never got back. Will never do business with them again.
Dishonest people don't buy from this site.
I brought two Sarees online and after I submit the payment saw they charged me for three Sarees. Right of way I emailed them they emailed me back saying they will check and let me know. Nothing. I decide the same day to cancel it felt they aren't honest. It's been 5 days still didn't give me full refund I complained to Paypal.
They shouldn't able to do business it's scam.
I had a really bad experience with this company, I Ordered 25 sarees and received 17 sarees, I checked the amount they charge and total price for the order, The right total is smaller than what they have charged. Different around $50. I sent the mail to Mirraw with clear detail to fix the issue. Now more than one week and rang twice no answer for this issue. In my experience they not reliable people at all to deal with.My worst online experience. I paid for 25 sarees and asked refund for other left money.no reply yet.my opinion don't trust this people any more. Chek the other rewews, they have bad reputaion.
Guys please be aware of this site this is totally a fraud site. The quality of stuff they deliver is very cheap and when you return it they will never give your money back. My money is pending from last 3 months everytime they gave a new reason with a promise to reply back and i have never receivd a reply back from them. So save you money and use any trustable site.
After placing my order, I happen to read reviews and cancelled the order in 12 hours. Mirraw customer service told me that refund will come in 8-10 working days. I was susceptible and called them twice in between to confirm that the refund is being processed and the response was positive all the time. After waiting for 10 days, there was no refund (as I expected) and I have to call them again. The response was still the same that they are processing the refund. Simply trying to delay or avoid refund. Sham site.

I have 3 salwars and 2 sarees in mirraw online portal. 2 salwars are delivered to me. But the quality of those product is very very very poor. The stitching is also very very poor. The neck design is floral pattern but they stitched it as a round neck. They sent an email that one Saree is out of stock and the voucher will be issued for this. But I didn't receive the voucher. The remaining status is still in dispatched status since 2 weeks. I have ordered all this items 24 days back. I have ever seen such a bad experience.
This is the first time that I had an outfit custom stitched to my surprise the fitting was exactly to the measurements I gave them, the material is of very good quality. I have then ordered many outfits based on this. I was very satisfied with the order.
The dress was stunning, and I will be ordering more things form here. The only problem I had was the delivery. The date was changed a couple of times, I could not track the item even with the tracking number. And the event I wanted to wear this item too passed so I had to go and wear something else which was disappointing.

This website/company is the worst! I paid for two plus size orders and I have called them everyday for 3 weeks to check on the status. All they say is that the stitching department will not move forward with the stitching because it's plus size and that I need to pay 70% of another outfit! I understand plus sizes need more fabric but to pay 70% of another outfit?! That is ridiculous! Especially since it does not say that anywhereee on their website! The worst customer service ever! All they are worried about is sending an invoice and money but no customer service or satisfaction. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Order your clothes on another website! This is not worth your money or time! It's already been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting….

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
