I should have read a few reviews before placing an order with them. They have some of the $#*!tiest and cheapest products I have ever seen. I placed 2 orders with them, one of which I received yesterday. The material would tear apart after wearing it once. So, I tried to cancel my second order, but I can't do so, because it is past thier 24-hour return policy. First of all, I didn't realize that their warehouse is in India and the orders are being shipped from there, probably my mistake, I should have checked that. So I had to pay customs duty on the shipment. And now I have to wait for the second order to be processed and shipped to me, pay customs duty again and ship the product back to them. And they don't provide a return shipping label. I have to ship the product back on my expense. Costliest mistake of my life. Please save yourselves from this pain and headache, and stay away from this site.
I needed to buy a blouse urgently and liked one on the Mirraw site, however I needed to clear a few doubts about it so kept caling them, they have only one cc number in mumbai which was never answered. I must have called more than a 1000 times but no answer. And then they have the audacity to send me a msg asking me to rate the call. Anyways I e-mailed them saying to contact me but I only got a reply stating my enquiry number. When I finally got pissed and told them I will look for the blouse some where else even after that I dint get any reply or call. I have sworn to never ever shop from this site again. Either they are going 'out of business' or then they are just plain unethical.

I purchased one lahanga from this site. But the quality of product is not good, actually very bad. The product is not as that was looking in site. So please don't attract to the pictures and prices written below the product. After that I requested to return, they told u have to drop an email, I called the customer care but all in vein. Even there is no response of the mail also. This is how I waste my 1500 rs.

Its very nice silky material except that the piping at the bottom (the wire) comes out at some places. The mirraw customer service is outstanding! They even credited some referral amount for the delivery delay.
Ordered a saree and when it arrived I was shocked it was two pieces of cloth stitched together the width was 36" whereas a normal one has 45" sending back will be another expense so keeping it as coat for my lab-retrevier so if you see a dog wearing a saree and you like it u know the website.

Beautiful dress; appreciated that they could make it in my plus size. It would be nice to have pictures of the back of the dress on the web site. Overall, very happy with the dress. Would order from you again. You receive my highest rating.
I ordered two lenhgas same colored due to some mistake, they delivered one of them and I didn't like the fabric so I wanted to return or exchange both and if not both so atleast one, but they denied to return or refund by saying this that it's customised so we can't. First time buyer and had a very bad experience, please help your customer, and Do mention ur stitching related return policy directly in return policy section not here and there.
Ordered lengthy choli and a suit both were of very poor quality. Also had to pay taxes to receive my parcel which was not explained by seller.
Website state 100% money back guarantee and when I questioned how I go about getting a refund was advised that delivery charges would be too high and any custom charges will be deducted from refund. So as a gesture of goodwill have been offered a 10% discount, what an insult!
Will take as far as possible as have spent £97.00 and have nothing to show for it.
Please do not be fooled by the pictures online as a replica is sent and they have the nerve to stay that their tailors cannot copy image seen online, they should be advertising what they are selling and not putting a picture online and they trying to make it.
False advertising and misselling.
When ordering online, they do not tell you about you paying for customs. We are only aware of the R100.00 delivery charge.
Once your order comes to SA you are then asked to pay for customs to release your package and the bill is more than the actual bill of the outfits ordered.

This was my first order through Mirraw. What a fantastic service delivery! I am from Australia my item was delivered within a week of ordering. The funny part is even within Australia orders aren't delivered within a week. Many thanks mirraw staff please pass my thank you to all your staff who were responsible for online orders. Ordered a saree and pair of earrings.
Not happy with the product and asked for return or refund.
Both rejected. After 28 emails they sent me a 25% refund and made me throw those products in Bin.
Extremely cheap material and Fake design that doesn't even match 10% of the images. Earrings are sent one piece from each set which is not symmetric. Asked them to send a proper pair and rejected. The customer service person Nizam Sheikh doesn't even understand what I was asking him. All he knows is to say no. Since I have asked to send a proper pair of earrings with my pending order they refused and canceled my order by simply saying that product unavailable which was actually with the stitching team. No answers are given when I asked for reasons.
Great response time and delivery time! I was worried of it arriving late but it arrived a week before which I was so happy about. The dress itself is great quality and looks beautiful when on! So happy thank you.
The order came quicker than what it previously stated. Actually 7 days earlier and I was very grateful as I needed to get it to the Seamstress right away. Also the color and fabric is very beautiful as shown online.
The order was delivered dot on time and the stuff I bought matched the picture almost to the t. Very happy with both purchases. I also want to know the order got booked as soon as I submitted and before using my card. So, do I pay on delivery?

To add to my previous review and reflecting on others, I believe there is a connection with DHL and Mirraw. I was charged more than I should have been for the taxes, there was no written work to explain how the charges were calculated and no proof for payment! Looking at a uk gov site for reference, the payment was far more than it should have been.
The reason I went for buying stuff from this site is because the designs seemed to be sutble and classy. But what I got was exactly opposite!
These people cheat the customers by putting designer costumes as reference images and the real product quality is terrible!
I ordered a lehenga and the product I got was not even a bit similar to what was shown in the image. It looked so cheap.
Even the refund scheme sucks! You have to bear the pain of sending back the stuff and the wait for your money is never ending.
This is definitely an unreliable company. I placed an order and after 3 weeks the items purchased were not only undelivered but also untraceable. My emails receive an automated reply that a resolution is being found. I made two international calls and the only reply is to allow some 24 hrs. Definitely it's a most unreliable company and I have lost my money! Online rippers!

I love the material. It's nice, light, and easy to breathe through. However, the niqab part. The edging stitching is very loose and unraveled in my eye the first time I wore it. I had to cut the thread. I don't trust that it won't come completely undone now. However, it is still such a great piece, and such great material, I'd buy every color if they had more.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
