Althought measurement was a problem, it turned out to be perfect. I'm very pleased with the product. However, I wish I don't have to go through it again, and would definitely request for the measurement to be kept for future stitches if possible.

It is a beautiful dress and has a long coat and a fancy belt. The quality is excellent. I have to get the dress shortened -- it is very long. There were three choices about the length and I chose the middle choice, but it is about 5 inches that drags on the floor. I also need to have it taken in -- it is big for me. But I am happy that the size is full and not tight. Once my seamstress takes it in and shortens the dress and coat, it will be a fabulous outfit!
Salam. Product was excellent but delivery was slow. On the website it said 12-15 business days international delivery. I got my dress after a month. Missed wearing my dress for Eid. I like the salwar, material is as expected. Stitching was good, except for the fact that the front neck was too high. When I filled out the stitching form, I mentioned to do the neck as is shown in the picture. But would recommend to still have the measurement option. Happy with the purchase though.
I have to say this was the first time I ever ordered desi outfit online. Even though I was very impressed by the detailed custom order form I did think the fitting would be that great. But I have to say I was very impressed by the stitching and finishing of the blouse. Over all I am pretty satisfied with the order and would order again and hope to receive the same kind of service. A quick and efficient process. The Web Site is user friendly, however, the material is not what was expected. Also, the border of the saree is very different to what was in the picture giving a very different overall look that I am not happy with.
Not sure how this company is still existing or staying in business. Making people fool. Not delivering items on time. Even after calling them several times no body cares. Money already paid and not received the items even after three weeks of past due delivery date. Every time we called we were told give us one day and someone will call after finding out what is going on with our items but no body ever called yet. WORST EVER. BOYCOTT THEM COMPLETELY.
I bought 6 sets of gakra choli. All came with different sizes and worst quality. Also they don't want to get the items back. I wanted my money back. But they refused still their site says full money back guarantee which is not true. All those 6 sets of garbage were just sleeping in my closet.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I had ordered two items from Mirraw but only received one and the one I received was not even the dress I ordered. For an entire month, I repeat A MONTH, I kept contacting customer service but would receive cryptic messages and be left on read when I asked for a refund. On top of that they "claim" I placed two orders but I did not and that both packages have been sent to the right address. First of all, only one of them was actually sent to me and it was not even my order. Secondly, the one they "claim" I ordered was a week late. Even their shipping is bad. I wasted $200 CANADIAN DOLLARS on Mirraw. This company is a scam and does nothing to compensate their bad service. Save yourself the trouble and please do not buy from them.

Just a little update with my order, I ordered a suit set and at the time I ordered it, I checked the size chart and ordered a size bigger than my size but the set which I got is exact my size. And if would have ordered my size that must be smaller.
So I am little concerned about the Size guide. This time it's ok but I would love to shop from you, and was concerned for my future orders. Just a heads up!

I placed an order for items worth £153 (roughly 14K in INR) and that was just the beginning of the nightmare. They never shipped any of the items and kept stalling for a month. I kept calling them each day and every customer support person on the phone kept suggesting that the order will be shipped within 12 hours but that never happened.
It is a complete scam! After 6 weeks of placing the order, I have received no information from them as to why it was delayed etc.
I live in UK and had placed the order on this site as we were going to India to attend a marriage and did not have enough time to make the purchase after arriving in India.
People living outside of India, please be careful while ordering from them. You'd be lucky if you ever got the product that you order from them.
This is beautiful and just as pictured. The only thing not perfect is that I did not send my arm circumference and the sleeves on the blouse are too tight. I think they can be let out though. I really love this and will be ordering some kurtas for my boys soon!

My experience was mixed with me having to connect with customer care twice but it wasn't Mirraw's fault. I received the salwar kameez and am very happy with it. I am sure I would like to visit the site to check out on a few more items.
I ordered for a temple necklace. I had to make two payments.At first, it came as the payment was not a success and I had to pay it again. I had the deduction from my bank account twice. I informed Mirraw team about it and they informed me that I will get the refund. I did not get the refund yet. I was provided with two temple necklace. I rung them to inform and request for the refund. They agreed to provide me the refund but I haven't received it yet. I had contacted them few times and every time they inform me that they have initiated the refund.
Not exactly what I was expecting. First, the material is a little low grade, and also the size of the product was below expectation. It's much smaller than what I was expecting, looking at the pictures.

Bought a sharara suit from Vasu Sarees, the design is beautiful but the embroidery on the fabric material has loose threads, and especially the dupatta some parts has ripped seams. Stitching wasn't that neat. Overall quality of fabric is rather average due to its embroidery.
Site is user friendly and clothing could be customise and easy guide on to take measurements.
All I ordered arrived safely and in excellent conditions as displayed and of excellent size as displayed. I love them.
I had wanted to get another 3 dresses. EBay is not accepting my payment. Is there other ways I could pay for them other than Ebay please
The sarees are magnificent, with very beautiful colors, as in the photos, the different types of fabric are of good quality. My mother and I are delighted with the purchase, and we are already eager to receive the second order.
