Kurti with missing and broken buttons

Kurti I bought had missing and broken buttons. Not happy with this janaysa product.
If orders go through quality control team - are they really checking? Customers don't expect extra charges to return a product through no fault of theirs. I am not going to spend more money to return this product.

Ordered my product in April 2022. Still waiting for the refund for my clothes since they were not delivered. Been calling them, emailing, messaging. Does not have the curtesy to attend the calls or emails! If you want to spend money to these lot. Rethink!

Worst customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM MIRRAW. They dont have any international return policy. You have to bear the cost of your return which can be more than what you paid. And also they dont accept the returned package saying that its too late. You have to return within 7 days of return. How can you return an international package within 7 from USA to India?

They dont return to your emails. On the phone they talk nice but they dont have any solid answers. Mirraw International Buying is a scam

Mirraw is not consistent with their delivery, never deliver on time and do not even deliver witin 35 days. Even though they withdraw the money right away from your bank, they are not refunding promptly. Very poor business and do not recommend this business to anyone. Please choose something else. Lots of pain and waste of time with continuous call with no actions from the customer service. Just apologizing is not a good service.

Bad customer service

The product stitched was of not good quality and was not stitched as shown in picture on their website. After several pestering emails they promised to refund 50% cost of the item to my original mode of purchase. But instead they didn't do that and gave me a store credit. So now I am stuck with making another purchase. They do not honor what they say. Do not Shop

Beautiful earrings

Beautiful earrings. This pair arrived in excellent condition. I did have a lot of problems with returning a bent pair, it took over a month with many emails, but they arrived back yesterday in really good condition and packed very well in a little box.

Awful experience

Awful experience, order placed 3 weeks ago still no sign of delivery. No email correspondence nor a call to say why there has been a delay. Only when contacted customer service, its been informed that there has been a problem but no accountability to resolve the issue. All they say is 'will forward the request to concerned dept' awaiting for a reply, which will never happen. Tired of waiting for a response. When asked to speak to the manager, the manager is never available. This shows the level of customer service and the type of standards they maintain. Eventually had no choice but to cancel the order. I have missed the purchased item for a very very important occasion because of their miscommunication. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

Torn products
May 16, 2016

I have received 2 sarees that are torn.
I have sent numerous emails to get a refund and the team cannot help me.
This is terrible and the service is very poor. The best they could do was refund me after they send me damaged goods.

I am still waiting for a response and I am not prepared to wait any longer.
If this is not resolved I will take this to another level.

Ordered jewellery twice. Was extremely happy with first delivery n looked great. Hence ordered two more sets second time... second jewellery came faulty. Was expensive as had paid already 80 pounds. They said they will pay 10% discount which was of no use to me. Finally they agreed since faulty they shall pay for return n refund. Sent via royal mail with tracked. Had already paid tax when jewellery arrived to country n hence was a costly affair. Product wasn't delivered despite being 20 days although tracking had ended. Customer service is very monotonous with response n can get annoying. All numbers on website are rubbish n gets disconnected. Finally after multiple mails I got my product refunded but never got money for the postage they promised. Don't have the time and energy to chase this. All in all if the jewellery comes correctly iys still good buy. If it comes faulty it's an absolute pain. Hence confused and disappointed...

Avoid at all costs

Appalling company. Took my money and didnt confirm that more would be required to release from the couriers. Cannot contact by phone and customer service non existant. I am now without a sari for boxing day.

I always order sarees from Mirraw for myself and have always been happy.
This time I ordered one for a gift and the saree I received was creased as though it was worn and then folded and returned. There was no tag or label on the saree to show it is new.
I was very disappointed and unable to gift it to my friend as it did not look brand new even after I ironed the saree myself and folded again.
I am a bit hesitant now to keep ordering from here.

Bought these for my sisters wedding. Beautiful outfits. Arrived super quick considering it's an international delivery and wasn't expecting until 10th August but very happy with the early delivery! The outfits are in lovely quality. Will be ordering more from Mirraw in future. Thank you!

I love my new Kurta, the material is more beautiful than pictured, vibrant and lovely to the touch. The tailoring is also of a very high standard with a great slim fit. Shipping was also hassle free, the price unbeatable. I have shared your site with all my friends and will be back again for more.

I placed my order on May7th and haven; t received any status update yet. When i emailed support they responded back saying the product failed quality check and the vendor has to resend the product, then it would have to go for stitching and shipping. Its been over 40+ days now. I decided not to proceed with the order since i will be moving out of my current living address soon. I asked them to process cancellation. Support person closed my ticket as resolved twice. Stay away from this company. Horrible service

Refund issues
January 15, 2020

On the 16th of Jan, I ordered two items, as per order number M*******. The total cost after mirraw wallet credits was applied was $191.79, however PayPal debited $213.10 (transaction details attached) from my credit card. I called on the day and was advised that I will be refunded $21.31 in two weeks.
I have made countless phone calls and sent emails with no refund. Still waiting for an action from Mirraw.
I understand its not a lot of money, its about principles which Mirraw does not seem to respect.

As I shared in my last review that i have been delivered a defected saree by mirraw.com but soon after I published the review, I have been approached by Mirraw officials regarding my problem and as per my wish, they also processed my refund in few hours. TOTALLY disappointed with Mirraw.com, i had ordered 10 items and only 3 out of them very satisfactory. They sent me damaged textiles and even wrong size, the jewelery quality was worse than the ones we find on streets.
After 1 month of followups to replace the items, their team has not bothered to budge. Would not recommend to any body.

Be aware of the risks involved in buying stuff believing the descriptions on the site. In my experience what is described as silk and handwoven turned out to be much cheaper synthetic material. Once you order, they don't allow you to cancel even if they haven't yet shipped the product and is only planning to ship after several days. Also once you get the product it is impossible to return as the process is tedious and expensive

I ordered last month for 175, received the pack this week with 50 custom charge extra. Dresses worst quality... stiching chudithar very worst... i have to throw the dresses in dustbin... one saree is missing... please dont waste your time and money..
