This company is a fraud! DO NOT buy from them! They are picturing dresses and then sending out dresses that are not pictured! Their return policy states you can return within 7 days of receiving your item if unused and in the same condition. I contacted them the day I got my dress to tell them it was not the dress pictured and their response was "it was close enough"! WHAT! They also stated that when ordering online "customers should expect things to come differently sometimes". AGAIN WHAT?! When people buy something online from a company from pictures THEY are advertising they actually expect it to come that way... not "close to it". They refused to return the dress even though it's not what they are advertising on their site and within their guidelines for return. This company is a bait and switch company. Their return policy is a lie and I want to WARN YOU BUYER BEWARE!

This dress is lovely in person. The quality is well made and my favourite part is the trail at the back. It's so beautiful and made me so emotional when I tried it on. I brought it one size up from my standard size and therefore have room to alter. I would highly recommend this dress and thank all the other women who left a review and photos, as this helped me in making my decision to choose this dress.

Looks good. Added a little sparkle to the waistline. Quality is very good and it really surpassed my expectations :) Thank you guys for the wonderful dress!

They gave a poor excuse on why it could not be returned and it is a total scam to take your money! You can not view anything on the website

The refund policy starts out "We strive to offer you the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s)." But beware! If they send you the right dress and there is nothing wrong with it, they will not take it back. The dress I received is well made (which is why I gave the rating a second star) but just didn't look good on me. Too much dress. They would not take it back.

They gave me a dress that was Mint Green and white when I clearly paid for the turquoise and black, they would not contact me until 5 days after I sent not only one but 2 requests to return the order and a bad review on their website. They refused saying that they say on their website "the colors might be different " all I wanted was the dress for my daughter's party, not only did they mess that up but this is clearly not the dress that was paid for, stay away from this company, they do not honor their policies.

Fantastic customer service. Lovely dress as shown in picture. It was a hit. Great price and fast shipping. Had to do some mimor adjustments though. But it was worth it definitely.

DO NOT BY A DRESS FROM THIS WEBSITE! The return policy is ridiculous and the website doesn't allow you to view dresses in different colors. If the fit is wrong or if the color isn't quite right, you're stuck with your purchases. Their only response will be "Your options are to keep the dress or to sell it locally. Good luck." Any other reputable online store has a return policy such that you can actually make returns, if necessary. If I could give this website 0 stars, I would.

I honestly want to give it a 5 star but if I was to see this dress in person besides online and just looking at the pictures and reviews- I would've never purchased this dress. Delivery was much faster then expected and customer service is wonderful! They sure are doing their job right! I ordered this dress in size 4 and it fits me perfect! If you're not sure about your size- you should get measured! I did get my dress altered for $70. It was just a bit too long for me but that was just my preference. For the price that I paid for this dress I cannot complain. It's simple and elegant. Beautiful dress! The best thing like about this dress is that it is very comfortable to wear.

This is a beautiful dress, I can't wait to wear it on our special day! Dress is true fit to size chart! Only thing that needs alterations is the tulle in front, it was a little too high on my neck. I recommend this site to others!

We received this dress today and it looked 100% true to the photo. It is a STUNNING dress! Very beautifully made. The fit was also perfect. When considering a size: this dress fits exactly as indicated (eg. The 20 inch waist is 20 inches in diameter and fits a 20 inch waist).

The dress is beautiful! I got it in dark green and it looks just like the picture! I received the dress in 20 days, and I am very happy with my order! It also came with a hoop skirt which I was not expecting!
