SCAM. They shipped me a dress that was not the dress they are advertising in their photos and then told me that it "was close enough" and that "customers should always expect differences in items when ordering online". WHAT?!

They sent me a dress completely different than what I ordered and when I sent them photos an wanted a return, they said that the changes were "negligible" and wouldn't return it. I tried to leave a review, but if it's not a 5 star review, it doesn't get posted. Instead it creates a ticket and someone reaches out to you to tell you that you can resell the dress or give it to a friend if you're not satisfied. So, you can't even trust the comments!

They scam you by sending you the wrong dress and refusing to return or exchange it for the right one
