Bad service
June 27, 2017

Order since april 21 and havent received item yet ask for refund june12 and still havent got that they dont respond back to emails they took me off they facebook page because i posted under a pic about my problem and still not resolved they are slack when it comes to refunding money because its almost july and im still waiting noone answers the phone noone is there to live chat and help lile the website says and im beyond piss with they service

I purchased a few items from Miracles Fashion Boutique 2 times and both times my order was correct and the items was in good quality. They just have a rather long processing and took almost 2 weeks to ship my second order. When I contacted them I was told they were a small boutique and they were getting over whelmed with online orders. My advise is to make sure you have. My first order arrived in about 7 days so that wasn't bad at all.

Hello,

I have been trying to get a tracking number or information about my order #4151Your voicemail is full, I can't reach anyone by phone and I'm getting an email response. This is my first time ordered from you. I was recently in a vehicle accident on my job. I'm out of work, my son wanted to do something nice for me by sending me on a cruise. I found your website and notice that it was in the US and decided to order from you because of your beautiful selections. It's going on a month and I have not received my order. No one will respond to me. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's office. I will be filing a complaint and warning others not to order from this company. This is not a good way to keep customers.

They scam me out of 178 dollars I dont have any of my orders when i finally received three items it was poorly quality thread hanging every where it took over a month and then they told me I had two back orders i never received they kept my money I'm still fighting to get my money back tgey sent me all these emails saying they refunded me back my money and I never received anything
