I have been trying to get a tracking number or information about my order #4151Your voicemail is full, I can't reach anyone by phone and I'm getting an email response. This is my first time ordered from you. I was recently in a vehicle accident on my job. I'm out of work, my son wanted to do something nice for me by sending me on a cruise. I found your website and notice that it was in the US and decided to order from you because of your beautiful selections. It's going on a month and I have not received my order. No one will respond to me. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's office. I will be filing a complaint and warning others not to order from this company. This is not a good way to keep customers.
