So I ordered a wooden replica of the Lombardi Trophy in July with the expected arrival date in mid-august which I felt was good as I was buying this as a wedding present for my friend and big Eagles fan. It did not come. I emailed the company inquiring where my item was. They told me that it had been sent to the shipping company and they would get me the tracking information. Weeks go by with no item or information, and I email again and they told me then that they discovered that my order was cancelled by them and they would refund my money. Two weeks have passed and I have not been refunded. Additionally, the phone number on their website to contact is perennially busy. It is near the end of September and I do not have my item and now out my money. I wish I could give 0 stars because 1 star implies there is something this company does right and as far as my interactions with them nothing has gone right. Stay far away from this company. I plan on contacting the FTC about this.

I received my customized Ac Milan soccer jersey one month after ordering it. Not having read the other reviews on this website when I submitted the order, I got worried I would never receive it. They sent me a notification that the item was ready to be shipped about 10 days after I submitted my order but didn't get any other notification until the day the item was out for delivery (about two weeks later). But the item just arrived and is excellent, exactly what I was expecting. So I'd say be patient and you'll be glad to receive your jersey, which seems to generally be cheaper than what you would find on other websites.

This place is a scam I ordered a zip hoodie for a father's day gift only thing I got 5 days after purchase was a yu express tracking number that going nowhere. The page says it will be shipped in us within 5-10 days there contact info is fake the package is coming from China not USA and the address is some residential address.

Ordered a jacket from the website 4 months ago. After several times questioning company, they blocked me from contacting them. Two months ago sent me a tracking number, which has showed order status at "next station". Have recently tried to contact them again several times. Crickets. The address they use for their business in Madisonville?, Kentucky does not exist.

Dont waste your time and money.

The order wasn't sized right I asked for a refund and was told it was too much to send back offered a % off. They have no customer service it's a bogus address. Finally I was to give proof it wasn't sized right. I already sent it out for an alterations lol. What a joke plus it wasn't cheap. Never buy from them be warned.
